We were just leaving SeaWorld Resort and thought I would plan ahead and place a phone order with this Pizza Hut so we could pick it up on the way home. We called about 40 minutes ahead thinking that would be plenty of time. When we got there they had absolutely no record of our order. The manager admitted that it happens all the time and they have no control over their call center. They said it would take 45 minutes to do place the order and that was the best they could do. What a pleasant surprise! Back home pizza huts are more like pizza nots but the service as far as delivery goes was top notch. Not only was the delivery time less than 40 minutes, the food was fresh and delicious when it got here. The delivery driver even set the box out on the table and made sure nothing shifted during the transit. Great job!!
