Pollo Tropical has undergone some changes, with the disappearance of condiment bars and updates to their menu. The Cuban sandwiches have received positive feedback for their taste. However, there have been issues with portion sizes and order accuracy. One customer reported receiving an incomplete order, and another noted that the meat often looks sad and old. Fortunately, on a recent visit, a shift manager ensured that all food was received and the meat looked fresh, creating a pleasant experience. Despite these improvements, some customers still feel they are not getting value for their money. Parking is not an issue, as there is plenty of it available. The staff is generally described as friendly, but there have been instances of poor order fulfillment and distraction on the job. Additionally, there is a need for more English-speaking employees, as one customer experienced rudeness when trying to communicate in English. The cilantro sauce, particularly the Garlic Cilantro sauce, seems to be a point of contention, with customers reporting difficulty in obtaining it.
