Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The chicken was very bland and had no flavor. The biscuits was alright. The customer service was great but the flavor of the chicken was very disappointing. Didnt taste like they marinated the chicken long enough. I see why there wasn't anyone in the parking lot or drive through. Very disappointing is the best description.

Soulless people will let you stand in the lobby for 10 minutes, look at you and not even acknowledge you

Hey man. Alright I ordered 2 FOUR PIECE CHICKEN on uber eats. Tell me why they gave me 2 boxes with Two pieces in each. Seriously! Common sense aint common anymore yall.

We go there probly once a week after my kids dance class and the workers are very kind and helpful especially Shaquala And her teammates.

If I could give less stars I would, they are out of everything, including their drinks, the machine isn't even cold no ice you have to ask for it, and very bad customer service. Had to say 3 times that I had 2 large drinks and 1 medium before she gave them, then after the 3rd time she walked away and said oh my goodness....

This happened Monday night. This was probably one of my worst experience at Popeyes bad customer service. We had ordered something, made the payment then they told us they didn't have the food. Then they didn't want to refund the money for just that order so they just gave us something else to equal the payment. Had the fish sandwich and some fried pickles. The next day ended up going to the ER with food poisoning. 🤮🚑

Terrible costumer service from the start, these people hate their jobs. We were willing to wait for certain pieces and they still wouldn’t accommodate, never been an issue at other locations.

Parents and a couple of their friends went here, ordered at the same time, 1 waited 30 minutes and the other 45 minutes. Others have waited and demanded money back after waiting forever. If only this was the worst part. One of their sandwiches was completely RAW inside. Unaware till a few bites in. Now she is sick. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Other reviews on here share similar experiences but appears nothing has changed. I don’t like to complain but something concerning like this I want to make sure EVERYONE is aware. Horrible service, with horrible quality food that would give anyone food poisoning.

Run run run.. the worst customer service I have ever seen at a restaurant. The manager was rude. Was cursing in the back and talking about how much she hates customers. She should not have a job. 30 min and they were passing orders out to random people and people were bringing them back saying it's not there's and they would give it to the next person.. I got a refund without getting my food and will never return to this location

We got there at 1140 pm and ordered at the new digital self ordering machine and paid 40.44 after waiting 20 minutes the unprofesional manager said she had shout of the register screen and did not see our order. She should have closed the doors or been attentive of people walking in and not allowed us to pay at the machine.we where upset because everything was already closed and at the end she did not attend you and issued my creditcard a refund...you wont see me at a popeyes ever again..
