Cashier was not there for the company or to sell its food. Rude, loud and major language barrier. I really wanted the chicken but she refused to explain how a 2 piece was 16.99.

Excellent service at Popeye’s near Orange Blossom Trail and Pleasant Hill. Kamila especially provides excellent customer service and is very kind and friendly, always greeting us when we arrive. She always ensure our order is accurate and prepared in a timely manner. The Manager Landia ensures we are pleased with the always fresh Chicken and sides before we leave and that everything is to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommends this location and their warm and friendly staff; Kamila and Landia.

Today Was my lucky day.. place was empty and clean (drive thru was crazy but inside was empty) , Great service and chicken deliciously fresh

MISS DOHANIS SERNA WAS MORE FRIENDLY THAN EXPECTED.. THEY HAD A LOT OF ORDERS TO BE SERVED BUT SHE CAME WITH A BIG SMILE TO GREET ME AND TOOK MY ORDER. A FEW MINUTES LATER, MY ORDER WAS READY. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL. AS A FORMER GEN. MANAGER, I LOVE THAT FROM THIS FAST FOOD PLACES BUT IS VERY UNUSUAL TO FIND EMPLOYEES LIKE HER. AS A MATTER OF FACT, POPEYES RESTAURANTS ARE OUR FAVORITE SPOT FOR THEIR UNIQUE AND DELICIOUS CHICKEN AND OTHER TREATS THEY OFFER.
NICE PLACE, VERY CLEAN, EASY TO GET IN, PLENTY OF PARKING, EASY TO FIND ON THE ROAD.

This store takes the fast out of fast food, the average waiting time is close to 20 minutes if you order inside, they cars so much about drive thru that they forgo the in store clientele, absolutely ridiculous , I waited 26 minutes for a 2 sandwich order and the cars were flying through the drive thru, really disorganized to say the least, and the attitude of the staff is another story .

You always have to wait more then 35 minutes for no reason this location isn't a fast food it's more like slow food
