We had Sunday brunch at Salt and Cellar by Akira Back. The wine by the glass list was eclectic with some excellent wines, including Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon and De Torren Chilled Red West Cape. My mother ordered the Into the Woods mocktail, which was very tasty and the show was worth the price of admission. The Smoked Salmon, Avocado Toast, and the Lobster Roll were outstanding. The Mixed Green Salade has a delicious vinaigrette with a very generous portion of avocado. Brunch starts at 11am but Open Table allowed us to make a reservation for 10:30 and Pearl was so gracious and accommodating. Her service was exceptional! We look forward to trying their interesting dinner menu.

From the moment we secured our 9:00 PM reservation, the restaurant’s gracious hospitality shone brightly, accommodating our tardy arrival with warmth and understanding, ensuring our evening began on a note of ease and welcome.
The ambience of Salt & Cellar is nothing short of enchanting, an ethereal tapestry of elegance and comfort that envelops you, setting the stage for an extraordinary culinary journey. Our server, Paul, was a paragon of attentiveness, his prompt and thoughtful service elevating the evening to new heights. Yet, it was the introduction of Gabriel, a tequila specialist, that truly enriched our experience. His expertise was both illuminating and engaging, offering a masterful discourse on the art of tequila craftsmanship that left us with not only a newfound appreciation but also a new favorite spirit to cherish.
Paul’s recommendations proved impeccable. The seabass and duck entrées were nothing short of sublime, each bite a harmonious symphony of flavors, meticulously crafted and exquisitely presented. The appetizers—tuna pizza and tuna fusion—were equally remarkable, their innovative compositions rivaling the main courses in brilliance. The meal reached its crescendo with desserts that can only be described as divine: the lemon flan, a delicate balance of tart and sweet, and the chocolate mousse, an indulgent masterpiece that melted on the palate.

Went there for Sunday brunch as we were staying at the hotel, it was DELICIOUS ! Great service, overall great ambiance also we wished it would be more “separated” from the hotel lobby. Highly recommended for food lovers !

Shoutout chef Théo Goupil, i really like his service. He is 10/10 and on top of everything inside and out of the kitchen. I ordered poprockin sushi, it was so good and medium NY-STRIP steak 🥩 it was super good just like how it supposed to be. Service was great very clean and nice vibes i do recommend if you’re looking for a romantic and fancy date 💯

Had a wonderful meal at the Tea Experience. Our server, Julia, was wonderful and very attentive. The food and tea were delicious, and the live piano was lovely ambience. Would definitely recommend!

Husband and I couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary! It was our first time, and definitely not our last. Our server, Perola, was superb, along with the other server assistants! They were very attentive, friendly, and made great food recommendations. Next… the food, wow wow wow, delicious and unique flavors. We ordered the truffle tuna pizza (an explosion of complex flavors in your mouth!), the sashimi pieces (melt in your mouth freshness), and the Chilean sea bass (well balanced flavors). The dessert (which we never usually order) was a chocolate layered brownie (I can’t remember the name). It was so deliciously rich and moist. I can’t wait to come back to this restaurant again for another palate adventure!

Enjoyed Sunday tea here on a recent visit. Tea selection was great (very good descriptions and even samples provided to smell), finger sandwiches and sweets were amazing! Live piano music was an unexpected bonus! Our server, Wendy was beautiful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this experience!
