I have to say that the experience in this restaurant and Ette Hotel is the best so far. The best customer service in the area from the front desk staff to the valet and the restaurant staff. Ryan the manager of Salt and the Cellar and my server Perola treated me like royalty. A 7 star service in a magnificent establishment. Just an amazing experience overall a must visit place with great hospitality. Thank you to all the staff. It was my pleasure to experience your services.

Salt and the Cellar exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty—Paul’s exceptional service, wit, and charm made the entire evening unforgettable.
The mocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had—creative, refreshing, and beautifully presented. The sushi was not only visually stunning but also incredibly fresh and flavorful. We were also impressed by the variety of entrees, with options that accommodated food allergies and dietary preferences effortlessly. And the desserts? Absolutely spectacular and uniquely crafted—each one a work of art!
This is a must-visit spot for anyone looking for a truly special dining experience. We can’t wait to return!

The duck and the seabass, perfectly served on a bed of asparagus with this heavenly green sauce that I must figure out the recipe for. Ask for Paul—he’s the best server! And let's not forget Gabriel and Jorge, who are also amazing. From the moment you arrive, Parsa at valet greets you with a big smile that instantly turns any bad day around. Rafael and the entire team proving top notch service and amazing attention to detail. Everyone provided great recommendations and I was impressed by their knowledge of the dishes. Then came the food. The tuna pizza? A showstopper. The duck and filet mignon? Out of this world—expertly cooked, rich in flavor, and unforgettable. And the desserts? The Chocolate in a Cup and Chocolate Cigar with passion fruit mousse are simply unbeatable. The perfect balance of decadence and brightness.
But what truly makes this place extraordinary is the elegance and class of the lady owner, who is always present, ensuring perfection. She tends to the tables, supports her team, and makes sure every detail is flawless. Her passion and dedication shine through in every aspect of the restaurant.
And then there’s Paul. If Salt & the Cellar is a five-star experience, Paul makes it a six. His service was flawless, his timing impeccable, and his passion for hospitality undeniable. Paul anticipated everything before we even asked. Paul made our night perfect.

One of the very best all around dining experiences we’ve had. My wife and 6 year old loved how the staff made us feel special in every way. They easily accommodated my wife’s gluten allergy as well.

Superlative dining experience in a beautiful setting. Located in the chic Ette Hotel, this dinner far exceeded my expectations. Everything was artfully presented and delicious. Service was professional, pleasant and efficient. Chef Theo even came out to talk to us when we mentioned how unusually tender the strip steak was. Highly recommended restaurant.
