The food presentation was phenomenal. We were dutifully waited on and service went above and beyond. The wagyu tasted like actual A5 JP

Glad I gave Salt & The Cellar a try but I was a little disappointed. This is a one and done for me.The food and "drinks" were good. The place was clean, and the service was ok but a little inattentive and slow. The restaurant is in the Ette hotel near the lobby, and oddly across from the hotel’s laundry room. It looked more like a coffee shop café. I was surprised when I first saw it and didn’t think it was the actual Salt & the Cellar. It didn’t have a nice dining atmosphere and truly felt like I was just in a Starbucks café.I think most of the prices are on par with this type of dining. The food was good, but that's really it. I don't have much to say about the food. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great, either. Nothing has me craving for more. It just left me feeling that this place is a bit overrated. I don't mind spending money on great food, but I left here feeling that the food didn't match up to expectations or the price in the end.The juice drinks were good, but good like any quailty juice bar. They seemed small, I was lucky to have gotten 3 normal sips from my Moonchild, so I didn’t feel it was worth the $24 - esp with no alcohol in it (they don’t have alcohol since it is a Wellness hotel but you can bring your own). Sure, the juice drink presentations are neat, and you will see plenty photos of them, but, it does not offer anything. There's nothing edible about the presentation, and they just take it all back and reuse it on the next drink.I also do not like how they automatically add a 20% service fee. That may be why our server was not as attentive. I am a good tipper, but I get annoyed by this practice, which feels a little untrusting towards customers. Also, what I do find a little off-putting is any place that is perfectly fine ripping customers off with the gimmicky edible gold-flake steaks. The gold flakes offer zero difference in flavor and probably cost about $7 in gold leaf. Plenty of top chefs have shown how useless, cheap, and a total rip-off to customers this gimmick is. Yes, you don’t have to order it, but the fact they put this gimmicky rip-off on the menu reveals a bit about their philosophy towards their customers and probably radiates through the rest of the menu - and not very "wellness" like. The food at Salt & The Cellar was good but didn't raise the bar, and the service and atmosphere were a little under par from what I expected. I would find it difficult to see myself returning and can;t see recommending it to friends or family.

The Tuna pizza is to die for, the Tomahawk with different types of salt is to touch the sky. Good atmosphere, excellent music. If you are going to eat, ask for Paul: he is attentive, kind, funny and always has a very accurate recommendation. The Lava cake is amazing.

What a hidden gem! From the truly magical mocktails through the whimsical dessert, it was a special experience that I won't soon forget. Chef Akira Back has crafted a menu that is unique and well executed by the kitchen staff. The service staff was eager to please and showed knowledge and attention to detail. A particular standout was the mixologist who came to our table to share special components of the mocktails.

Beautiful place. Very welcoming. Great service and course explanations and movement between courses was relaxed, sometimes feeling a bit slower than I would have liked. The amazing quality of the food and non-alcoholic drinks was so excellent. The portions aren't large but the whole effort let me leave feeling uplifted and satisfied. A great experience. We'd go again for sure.

Food was excellent and fresh. This is BYOB restaurant. Bring your own alcohol. No corkage. Food was a bit expensive IMHO and you could easily leave hungry. Like the casual ambience but these are very high prices for what you get.

Amazing. The food is amazing. Service is amazing. Atmosphere is very nice. My only recommendation would be stagger where people sit when there are not many guests in the dining room so parties of 2 can have a little privacy. Regardless, we will be back with friends next time! Top 5 favorite restaurants in Orlando for sure. This is a must try. You will not regret it. Don't forget to bring the liquor or wine.
