The food was good. I ordered the cheese burger for my daughter. There were only three tables occupied, but we had to wait 20 minutes for the burger. It was then served to us in a plastic bag in plastic dishes with plastic cutlery at the table. This is not sustainable and I cannot therefore recommend it. The service was minimalist - the already integrated tip of 20% is not justified from my point of view. For environmental protection but also because of the poor service a no go recommendation.

No where online does it tell you that only hotel guests are allowed to go here. Parking is free but not close. You walk up stairs, through the lobby, back down stairs, back outside only to be told hotel guests only. Should be posted somewhere before people waste time getting there

The "main" poolside bar and grill is where mainly hung out for Mother's day weekend. The food was great (pretty basic) and the drinks were ok (overpriced and little to no alcohol). On Sunday we went to the bar area to order drinks and food and the bartender told us we can't order at the bar unless we are going to sit to eat & drink at the bar, yet 4 people walked up to the bar asking for drinks and soda to grab & go, so that was frustrating as you should be consistent with all your customer not just the select.Monday was a better day. We had Katherine as our pool server. She was great and checked on us regularly. We got the chicken nachos that were so good.Beware that there is an automatic gratuity of 20% added to EVERY check from the salty rim.

We stayed at one of the Cottages at Margaritaville and we have always had Sean Lu's wife but this time we had the pleasure of Sean and hands down they are the DUO couple!! Highly recommended, he was very prompt and never had any complications getting our orders right. Shout out to Sean Lu!!

Our family spent 4 days at the resort and each day we made sure to get to the pool early for our spots so that we would have Jay or Mauricio as our servers. The food and drinks we had were DELICIOUS, especially the burger and fries but the OUTSTANDING service we received from both of these gentlemen helped make our celebration even more special. Thank you Jay and Mauricio!

What a great Experience. Kristie and Clarissa at The Salty Rim were BEYOND fantastic! They waited on us poolside for 3 days while we were at the pool. They made our trip extraordinary! They made us feel like we were the only ones on vacation. Always had a smile on their faces and man did they hustle. We never wanted for anything the entire time we were there. A drink never ran dry. The food was very, very good also! Must try’s are the cheese burger and the chicken sandwich? If you’re staying at Margaritaville Resort and going to the pool make sure you ask for Kristie! A special thank you to Keith also for allowing Kristie to wait on us our last day there!
The food was delicious especially the Jamaican fries! Our server Jovan treated us with such respect and even treated us like family. He was so helpful with his recommendations for fun activities in the area. We can’t wait to come back!

Jordan was an excellent bartender! Very friendly and efficient at her job! The Salty Rim is a great place to grab lunch by the pool! Would recommend anyone to stop by!

Drinks are great, food was solid, pricing is what you expect at a on site resort restaurant. Several of the staff members working there were awesome. I wish I could list them by name. There were one or two who were less thrilled to be working.

This was a girl’s trip , me and my friend flew in from New York to meet our other girlfriends that live in the area, when we first got there Mauricio greeted us with a smile and was attentive and friendly , and went above and beyond for us and our friends. We enjoy his service so much that we made sure that we sat in the section he was servicing. He made our stay wonderful and can’t wait to come back. Hands down, if you want good service and greeted with a smile ask for Mauricio ❤️❤️

Had lunch at the Salty Rim, which is poolside at the Margaritaville Resort. Wife had nachos, which were good. Daughter had chicken tenders and fries and they were good too. I had the fish sandwich which was rather bland. Service was good and the drinks were cold. Very expensive for what you get! Chicken tenders and fries are $14. A hot dog is $8. You are paying a premium for location and convenience, not food. We only at there once during our week stay. I'd rather have a sub from Wawa. If you walk up to the bar for a drink, be prepared to wait. I visited the bar 3 times and had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes each time. Finally just gave up going to the bar due to the wait.
