Great movie theater, but the care for the space is kinda gross and disappointing, as no one is keeping the room clean.
Staff was very friendly and they do a good job keeping things tidy. But this theater is looking rather worse for wear, the chairs in the theater are peeling horribly. They need to be reupholstered or replaced.
Food was decent but portions are very small for high price.
Overall was an pleasent experience and will come back again. Just making some recommendations for improvement.
I have gone Studio Movie Grills plenty of times in different states, and this is by far the worse one I've been to. First off the money they charge isn't going back into the property. The leather on the seats is completely rubbed off on many of the chairs, the seat I selected was broken, and the bathrooms aren't clean. They should at least have the broken chairs removed from the site so they aren't selected. Also, the movable trays that you eat on move too freely while eating causing a mess. My tray moved with just a tap making it hard to eat. When the food arrived the fries were cold as if they have been sitting there. I wasn't going to keep pressing the service button interrupting me watching the movie. I addressed my concerns with the management. I was not looking to be compensated or receive anything free. I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction after spending $80.00 on 2 movie tickets and food. They also automatically charge 18% gratuity to the final bill. Needless to say I won't be returning because it definitely isn't worth what they charge.
Was an okay location, lots of places nearby. The chairs were very worn out and the fake leather was getting stuck on our legs. Ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a soda, even got my food before a drink. Wasn’t very busy inside at least.
The studio movie grill is a great place to beat the heat see a great movie and grab dinner or even lunch. It is clean and comfortable. Robert is the answer man for all your questions.
