If you want your wrap warmed up or toasted go to a different Subway. They won't do it there even if you ask for it. The owner determines what you want. They do toast it at 2370 E Irlo Bronson Memorial. You get what you want there.

Worst Subway I have ever been to!! When I came in, the man behind the counter slammed a tray down and mumbled “what kinda bread”. I barely even heard him. He didn’t even look at me, no smile or pleasant disposition whatsoever. He looked so angry. I had to ask: “I’m sorry, are u mad?” I almost left because of how angry and unpleasant he looked.
After we ordered our bread and sub types, a lady came over and started with the toppings. Again, no smile or pleasant disposition whatsoever! She looked so mean! I was scared to say the wrong thing! Then when we got our soda from the refrigerator, after sitting down to eat, realized all the sodas were expired!! Horrible experience. I will NOT be back to this location ever! I lost my appetite.

Went in today to order some subs and was literally standing to be acknowledged for about 10 minutes. The workers were just walking past me not saying a word. I just walked out without ordering anything. Terrible customer service

So i come i with a coupon and stated that i cannot use it for some reason. The coupon was valid til may 3rd. Did not wanted to give explanation nor do anything in thier end. So disappointed. Last time ill ever go there

I would like to bring attention to a highly unprofessional experience I had at your establishment. While an employee was taking my sandwich order, another customer politely asked for a cup of ice. To my shock, the employee declined to assist them, stating, “I don’t need to speak to you because you’re a backstabber.” The customer then left, but the employee continued to rant and use offensive language about them—this all happened as she was preparing my food.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It not only made me lose my appetite but also left me questioning the environment and standards at this location. No customer should witness or experience such hostility while visiting your store. I would strongly urge potential customers to be aware of this situation and hope that corrective action is taken to ensure this does not happen again.
