I would like to bring attention to a highly unprofessional experience I had at your establishment. While an employee was taking my sandwich order, another customer politely asked for a cup of ice. To my shock, the employee declined to assist them, stating, “I don’t need to speak to you because you’re a backstabber.” The customer then left, but the employee continued to rant and use offensive language about them—this all happened as she was preparing my food.
This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It not only made me lose my appetite but also left me questioning the environment and standards at this location. No customer should witness or experience such hostility while visiting your store. I would strongly urge potential customers to be aware of this situation and hope that corrective action is taken to ensure this does not happen again.

I am not shocked when reading the other reviews its exactly my experience. What i am shocked about is that they date back to over 4yrs ago. I cant believe it has not been corrected.
Here is my experience today: I have not been to subways in years. Either way I am pretty sure this is not the way corporate would want this location to be handled. The two staff members on shift were unprofessional and barely doing their job. For starters they do not acknowledge you standing right in front of them. I found myself Placing an order in between them chatting away with other people on the side lines who by the time I got to the register turned out to be one of the girls boyfriend. The other lady's boyfriend was sitting at the table right when you walk in and instead of focusing on the register she was having a conversation with him too. If you think that's not bad enough I paid $40 for sandwiches that have 3 slices of ham and lettuce with tomato not to mention I said light mayo and it's full of mayonnaise. So if u want a expensive slice of bread with mayonnaise subways is for you. I will definitely not be returning.

I usually don't write reviews like this but I have to. I understand that you are tired and want to go home (I work in a deli) but that does not mean you can be rude to customers. My mother and I came in today and Michael was helping us. He wasn't very friendly and when my mother asked a question about the price he snapped back with attitude. This is no way you should treat customers.

Trash charged me extra when they didn’t have the correct items to make sandwiches. Don’t not waste your money here
Haven’t been to Subway in a while but take a look, there sandwiches/subs have definitely gotten SMALLER. And this location doesn’t give Military Discounts or Senior. Last time i go here. See the picture and you make your own decisions about the location.

Safety concerns, I was there the employee that was working their was have a domestic dispute with her spouse I believe in the store , they were yelling . I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable, my child was with and got scared. Went lady to ask for her manager she would give info, they need tp check the cameras , I would never go back to that location. I will call corporate office to complain about this.
