This subway for me has always been a place of serenity, maybe it's just my timing but I've always been pleased with the food, service and atmosphere while enjoying my meal there.

The service was mediocre. I ordered the ultimate BMT with lettuce tomato onions green peppers and mayonnaise. I loved Subways till today. The sandwich was not like it used to be. It was nothing special. Sorry to say Public’s makes a better sandwich! Today was a mistake! I ate my sandwich because I was hungry but I won’t be returning. I also ordered the footlong pretzel. It was overcooked and all the girl did was warm it up. This lunch was a total waste of money. The oatmeal cookie and coke were good though. The place was very nice and clean. Maybe I should have bought my sandwich at Public’s and gone to Subways for my coke and cookie and had a sit down lunch.

I absolutely LOVE this subway! Jack and Alexa are the best employees there and treat us so well! So happy Jason got fired, not worried about what’s touching my sandwich anymore. Definitely recommend going to this subway compared to the rest in the area.

This guy was making us the sandwiches right? And he literally was saying that he can’t make two sandwiches and made like four after. Not only that but when he asked what break we said “ Italian herbs and cheese” he said that there was no more. And then when the next guy came he asked for Italian herbs and cheese and made like four. Honestly this was a racist behavior from this guy. Completely unacceptable

I walked in to order a sandwich which I was craving very much. But I had to use the restroom very badly. I asked the lady working there if there was a restroom she said "the restroom is down" about a month ago I came into the same location asking to use the restroom and got the same answer. I honestly strongly believe I'm being lied to at this point. Maybe the employees don't want to clean the bathroom after the customers use it? Idk. But regardless it's ridiculous and makes me not even want to order food from there because now I have to leave just to use the restroom then come back? That's so inconvenient and not good customer service at all. If the restroom is really out of order then subway needs to do something about it ASAP. I really hope to God subway as a corporation isn't encouraging their employees to lie about the functionality of the restroom because that wouldn't be good at all.

Ordered a foot long online. Picked it up got home and it was missing lettuce pepper oregano and Parmesan cheese. I drove BACK to the store they said they’re out of lettuce. A call would’ve been nice to see if I wanted to sub for spinach???????? They remade my sandwich and added 3/4 missing ingredients & then subbed the 1 ingredient they didn’t have. Still annoying I had to drive to this location 2 different times. I’m glad they fixed the error but obviously double checking before they bag the sandwich up would’ve prevented this. Employees need more training.UPDATE. Got home & this time THEY LEFT OFF JALAPEÑOS & banana peppers. At this point I don’t think these employees know how to read. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONEthey refunded me-AWESOME- but it still doesn’t solve my LUNCH. I picked the first order up at 1:00 pm. It’s now 2:03. Unacceptable

I normally love this Subway, but we walked out today because the girl behind the counter was so unwelcoming. I don’t know who the Manager is but whoever was working at 1pm on Tuesday,7/11/2023 needs some customer service training, in my opinion. She didn’t “say”anything rude, but her actions spoke for her. My husband greeted her and she ignored him. She just looked at him and said what are you having. If you don’t like your job, then maybe find another one.

the girl with the red hair and long pink nails poking out of the gloves while making my food burnt 2 of the 2 sandwiches i ordered. continued making the order thinking it was okay to serve charcoal black bread to a customer. I then went back in to say something because i needed to speak up, she then got the nastiest attitude asking which sandwich like she didn’t physically see it already and remade it with her nails still poking out of her gloves touching food. she started to put the toppings on then started to take off them then asked “is this good enough” in a snarky tone. asked what toppings i wanted and totally forgot to put the dressing on after i asked. in fear of my life i didn’t ask for the dressing again because it wasn’t worth it. customer service was horrible i am not trying to talk down on the girl but as a manager in customer service this is unacceptable.
