I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my order. The bread on my sandwich was very burnt. I also requested diced onions, but instead received large pieces of onion. The preparation and attention to the order details were not great. I hope quality control improves in the future.

Taino’s Bakery on 137 Buenaventura Blvd, Kissimmee was not good at all with the food! I don’t mind waiting as long as the food is great. I’ve been to other Taino’s Bakery and it was great in which made me go to this one because it was closer. The fact that I waited almost an hour, I ordered the Taino Sampler; they did not provide me with the correct plate. Almost an hour later, the Taino Sampler was drenched in oil, the sweet potato fries were mostly frozen, the tostones were drenched in oil, not crunchy at all, the chicken half way cooked! Truly disappointed with this specific bakery! I was so upset!!! Not a good look for the rest of the good serviced Taino Bakery.

I ordered a simple breakfast at this location and it took over 25 mins to serve it. The drink wasn't given to me and I had to return to the counter to retrieve it. It looks like these people cannot work during rush hours. The cashier Lily gave me attitude when I told her the drink was missing. Seems like she only interacts well with people she knows based on what I saw. I won't be returning or recommend it. Sol De Borinquen and Melao Bakery are way faster and offer better customer service.

I arrived here with my fiancé and son. My son (19) has always been shy and soft spoken & I encourage him to use his voice everywhere we go. He told the cashier Lily his order very clearly “sandwich cubano” and she with a very nasty attitude said “I don’t understand him”. I told Lily his order. Lily asked what he wanted in it and listed the items looking at me. He replied to her. I placed the rest of the order for my self and fiancé. I’m waiting for the total since their screen was black. Lily once again with an attitude told me to tap my card. I refused to until she gave me my total since their screen was blank. Lily flipped her computer over to show me. Fast forward…. We got one part of our order 15 mins later and the other half 20 mins after. Drinks weren’t given and had to be reminded of the staff to give. They honestly cannot handle a crowd and much less have any customer service skills whatsoever.

Went here for the first time today and tried their Taino's Cappuccino and I'm so glad I did because it was amazing! They have many delicious breakfast and lunch items too. The lady at the counter was very nice and respectful and I like the spacious and quiet atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back more often.

I don’t usually leave reviews being that I recently relocated to this area, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make informed decisions. I placed an order and clearly requested no ham/pork due to religious reasons. Despite that, my sandwich was prepared with ham. I understand that places get busy and mistakes can happen, but when dietary or religious restrictions are involved, attention to detail is critical. This type of oversight suggests a breakdown in communication, order verification, or staff training.

When I noticed the error, I stayed polite and respectful. Given how busy it was and the initial mistake, I wasn’t comfortable having the sandwich remade incorrectly again, so I requested a refund. I got back in line, returned the food, and was told I would receive a refund within 24 hours credited back to my account. To protect myself, I took a picture of the receipt.

Four days later, nothing was refunded. What made this more concerning was that the information I was verbally given contradicted what was printed on the receipt in Spanish regarding the refund process. Being told one thing verbally while the written policy states something different creates confusion and undermines trust. Customers should not have to guess which instruction is correct, especially when it involves their money.

At that point, the issue went beyond a simple food error and became a concern about professionalism and financial handling. When a refund is promised, there should be a clear and reliable process to ensure it actually happens. Instead, I’m now forced to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with my bank just to recover my money, which should never be necessary for a straightforward situation.

This experience suggests a lack of consistency in refund procedures or insufficient staff training on how to properly handle them. Mistakes happen, but accountability and follow-through are what define customer service. Unfortunately, that was missing here.

I hope this feedback helps improve order accuracy and clarifies refund procedures so other customers don’t experience the same issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
