The food is amazing, however I was there and the lady who took care of me was talking about her coworker how lost I was, my order was ready and I was waiting patiently on the side table, she callls my name and I was expecting her to bring me the food since im right there, and she didnt , and as I walk to the front shes telling her coworker , oh poor thing shes just lost in her old world, I understand she might be going through a hard time but I was so polite to her, she could have handed me the food, at the end I remained polite after listening to her talk i said God bless you beautiful. Sometimes you don’t get what you give, I just wish the lady had a better attitude, and the decency to not talk about costumers , at least wait till im gone🤣

unbelievably terrible customer service. do not bother coming here unless you at the picture perfect image of a venezuelan. rude to anyone of darker skin or lgbt+. i came in before another venezuelan and they treated her EONS better with big smiles and hellos meanwhile the two girls at the counter looked and spoke to me like i was subhuman. will never be buying here again and i recommend you shouldn't either unless youd like you be discriminated against.

Very bad service, the person who attended the installed box spoke on the phone, and after he hung up, he answered in an annoying way, and the pawns with excess grease. Bad service and bad food. a pity

The patacones were very delicious, however the pepito was a little dry and lacked some flavor, the chicha is also very delicious, basic and friendly service, we went around 1:30pm we were the only ones in the place.
