The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar Kissimmee

The presentation of the ice cream and shakes were excellent. The build me up butter cup shake had too much whipped cream to ice cream ratio in my opinion. Came in towards the end of the night fairly busy. You could tell that they had been through a few rushes. Give them a try if you want a good cool down.

The water from the water fountain in the back is heavenly💦🌊💧It is a drip of life in a mini little fountain tap.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and that just made the shakes that much better!

Great deserts ordered a banana split I thought it would be the regular size but it’s two times the size and twice as good owners super nice and good around

Delicious and fun ice cream options!

At first it seemed nice but as we waited for a while to be served. We noticed some things that was a little nerve wracking. Like using phone while wearing rubber gloves during making orders. When the our orders was taken the kid was continually touching his face and had to ask how to put in the order of “what floats your boat”. He had no idea how to make it root beer. Smh! Than after paying for it they only came in a cup not a mason jar.!! For that price and when I asked why not a jar they said I’m supposed to ask! How am I to know that if it’s my first time here! Should’ve they asked me if that’s what I wanted? I’m so disappointed and plus there was no root beer in my float! Never again! If you’re a first timer here don’t do it!!!

We stopped by The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar while on vacation to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the experience was unforgettable. We had accidentally forgotten birthday candles, but when Leonard realized what happened, he went above and beyond to make the moment special. Not only did he get the staff involved to sing Happy Birthday, but he even found a sparkler for the celebration. That level of customer service is something other business owners should take note of. The ice cream was amazing, the atmosphere was fun, and the kindness we were shown made our night. Thank you again to Leonard and the team for making my son’s birthday so memorable!

The milkshakes are so good! My family enjoyed this -spur of the moment- after dinner treat. We will definitely be going again!
