The Crazy Mason Milkshake Bar Kissimmee

My husband & I went for the first time tonight not knowing what time they closed, we walked in right at 10pm and Chace took care of us. Employees like Chace is the backbone of small businesses, as he was extremely pleasant and funny! The chocolate milkshake is delicious my husband says. The Salted Caramel Brownie ice cream is amazing! This was our first visit but will definitely not be our last! Thank you, Chace for making our visit awesome!

Let me preface by saying I have visited the location in Greenville and had a great experience, which I did a review for and gave 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars for this location is the customer service, or lack thereof. The only person that spoke to us was the young lady with color hair. After that, everyone else just looked at us while we were looking over the menu, eating, and when we left. The young lady with the blonde hair and I'm assuming the owner (short, round man) didn't greet us nor wasn't helpful with ordering. The man looked me in my eyes and still didn't speak. When we left we didn't even get a "thank you for coming" "have a good day" "I hope you enjoyed everything" just watched us leave. It was very awkward, so much that my 10 year old felt it too. I'm not going to say it was due to race because we were the only customers there the entire time. I will say that for $20 a person, you should treat ALL customers with hospitality and not watch them while they eat. We come to Orlando once or twice a year. I don't mind paying $20 for ice cream, but I must get great customer service. I will never return to this location. I would rather take my chances on McDonald's ice cream machine actually working than returning here again. The murials on the wall were cute and pictures worthy.

We came tonight, the night after Hurricane Milton hit. They were short staffed and extremely busy. THEY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK. Can’t wait to come back in the spring.

So this is one of those “crazy milkshake bars”, but it’s been amped up to an 11! Half of the ingredients are spilling out of the glass (which you get to keep, so that’s cool), and many of them less toppings and more straight up dessert items. Portions are huge so I would recommend a couple to share one on their first visit rather than one each. Parking is limited out front however there is a very large, spacious lot in the back. Very friendly staff as well! 100% recommend this place, and will be back again
