July 7, 2016. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Roshie C. Was our server at the bar tonight ! Doesn’t greet you … very sarcastic . Rude!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever!!! She asked her manager to cash us out because she got mad that I was asking her why I was being charged for a $7 beer when SUPPOSEDLY it’s happy hour at 10pm . Our experience was just UNPLEASANT!! Food was good!

Food was pretty good over all, as soon as we sat down our “bartender” Roshie was rude & sarcastic made us feel like she was doing us a favor. We went in on “ Happy Hour” draft beer should be $3.50 they over charged us saying it’s wasn’t HR. roshie wa talking to friends at the bar & would ignore us. Would grab & slap her butt while serving food & drinks never washed her hands. We would try to order & put her back towards us. The “manager” Michael was informed & was going to put the draft beer at HR price & never did. He absolutely did nothing. He was also sarcastic & over all not a good manager at all. Roshie was throwing bottles very loud while we were talking to Michael & both would laugh. I would not recommend it here.

We ordered wings that were not served, but people to the right and left of us were served in the meantime. The bartender wasn't very friendly when we told her we didn't want the wings after all.

11:20 lady says they are closed. Hours posted say 12am. A World Cup night and you can't stay open ro regular posted hours. Pretty sad.

The place is horrible now. Atmosphere is dark. Music was not appropriate for location. And food was 4/10. Im sorry but it was much better back in the days. Our waitress was great and friendly but It was disappointing.
