This is a shame. I don't normally have issues at any tropical smoothie, but this is twice in a row. I said no sugar because I did not want sugar. I don't want to stand here and argue or have a discussion after paying nearly $15 for a smoothie. Just fix it. What discussion is there to have? It should be made to my standards, not some random employee's.

This place is always great, me and my girlfriend come here all the time. One of the reasons we like coming here is because of the friendliness of their employees. Taniya always greets us with a “Hello” and a big smile. On this particular occasion, I guess her manager came to the front and started scolding her in front of us and other guests. We did not like this. This is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed.

Taniya was absolutely amazing as always. I always have a great experience when she takes my order. She’s the sweetest girl ever. One thing I didn’t like today was how rude her manager was to her in front of me and other customers. She was very disrespectful and needs to be reprimanded.
