I never leave reviews but was helped by Ralph and it was the best service I've had at this location so far. He was so helpful and patient with suggestions and I appreciated it so much. Will for sure be back!

Great ice-cream treats and frozen drinks....Just think McFlurry on steroids! Great flavors too

The employees need to stop fooling around here and learn how to serve customers...one Sundae had almost no ice cream for $8 the other Sundae was made incorrectly and it only had 2 simple toppings( i repeated those twice to the cashier...i only got one!) also $15 seems like alot for 2 sundaes...also wanted to mention that the person waiting on me had no idea how to make 2 simple sundaes and when i went to pick up from the same person...she only gave one sundae...i had to mention to her twice about the second sundae that was sitting right next to it...we were the only people there by the way.... very dissatisfied

Management made it right. Just got my gift card in the mail after a bad experience 3 weeks ago. I'll give the location another chance. See you soon.

Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also gave excellent recommendations for flavors, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I had the best possible experience. His upbeat attitude and attention to detail made my visit memorable. If you’re looking for great service with a smile, Donavan is the person to look for!
