We had a wonderful experience at this location. The ice cream was very good.

Now we have come here before and it was awesome but this is the second time we’ve been here and we ordered. The white girl with glasses and short/medium dark red hair (don’t remember her name) told us at the window after we ordered that it was only exact change or card and we didn’t have exact change so I couldn’t get my ice cream. She was nice at first but I just want everyone to know including the owner that they talk smack when the window is closed and we can hear her talking smack about how we didn’t have exact change. I don’t appreciate hearing someone complaining about me taking something off just to have the EXACT CHANGE she was requesting. They shouldn’t be talking smack at all and shouldn’t be counting the drawer before the store is closed…..

Christian and the entire team at this location were wonderful! We walked up with a crew of 5 kids under 8 and the were VERY excited about ice cream. Christian was beyond patient and when one of the children dropped their ice cream right after getting it, he made sure to make our child feel special and not embarrassed and got him another ice cream. The ice cream was on point too and the other associates were very kind and patient too! I couldn’t get images before they dove into their ice cream. 🤪

DRIVE THRU IS VERY TINY LOL BUT A GREAT LOCATION WITH FAR FRIENDLY SERVICE!!

The staff is friendly and the products are very, very tasty. Yummy! Love their chocolate ice cream sundae with peanut butter topping, brownies, whipped cream, nuts and of course, the cherry.

Order was easy to place but they gave us a sundae with nuts when we just ordered a choc/vanilla shake and a choc/ van twist cup with chocolate sprinkles. My shake tasted like they didn’t clean the mixer between because I tasted strawberry and had a strawberry chunk in my drink. Not so great. And felt like window service could have been improved because they seemed upset to have to remake our correct orders.

Great little spot. Good selection. Are ice cream was good portions and done very well. Family of 4 we spent $22 and was worth it

I had such a great experience at Twistee Treat! The service was fast, the treats were fresh, and everything was made with care. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a really positive vibe.

I got a lot of orders of ice cream one was messed up and of course it was my picky child ! And Nathan observed the kid throwing a fit about it and made everything perfect. Got my kid the chocolate sprinkles he wanted instead of rainbow and started entertaining him as well . Went above and beyond for us , we will definitely be visiting again!!
