Local frequent customer. I find that there is a constant employee turnover & low employee morale. Watch out for Sunday Ice Cream orders, as they are trained to fill cup around the edge of cup, leaving an empty space in the middle of cup. Also, Milkshakes and Malks are always, always too thick to suck through a straw, make sure to ask for a spoon. I have asked them to blend Milkshake longer, but same result, too thick for straw. I had an excellent experience here. The girl who took my order was so nice, she is blonde, I think her name was like Jena or something. She was so personable and got my order done really quick!!!
Love this little place! The ice cream is SO good and creamy. We had to go here twice on our vacation. The waffle cones were so good, too. The prices were reasonable. We will be back next time we’re in Kissimmee.
