We rented the three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-level unit. The apartment is in a convenient location, quiet, and was clean upon arrival. However, no body wash or toilet paper were provided, which was unexpected. There was no coffee maker available either.

This unit may be more suitable for a family with children rather than couples, as the two guest rooms are located next to each other and offer little sound insulation—guests could hear each other snoring.

The utilities were oddly designed and installed. The hot water system is quite loud in the morning when it starts up, and the AC unit, located behind one of the bathrooms, causes noticeable vibrations when running. Several light bulbs throughout the unit were out and need to be replaced.

As for the amenities, the pool is large but had a visible collection of dead leaves at the bottom. Many of the lounge chairs were broken, and there was only one umbrella available. The gym is very small and would feel crowded with more than six people.

We also had a difficult time reaching customer service for inquiries before booking. When we finally connected with someone, the representative was not fluent in English, which made communication challenging.

It is, however, a gated community and feels secure.

Já fui com minha família umas 3 ou 4 vezes e so atendem bem se tem um grupo grande como 10 pessoas , fora isso atendimento nao é bom e péssimo. Passam sempre os mesmos sabores que são com frango e os petiscos q dizem ter nunca passam . Muito desorganizando e ficamos todas as vezes esperando muito tempo , porq simplesmente não passam as pizzas, e olha que precisa marcar horário e mesmo assim não passam . A pizza é boa Porq só tem essa Porq aqui , mas não é a melhor q existe , já comi melhores , fomos porque é o único rodízio que existe . Mas já comi muito melhores .

The rooms are absolutely amazing! Was beyond pleased with the rooms....however...the HUGE downfall is that they nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING!! ITS AWEFUL. you end up paying twice the amount of the initial booking. Also, when we checked in, our master bathroom was dirty (floors were gross and towels were not replenished) but yet they charge you an EXTRA $250 for a cleaning fee at checkout! Whaaaaat???? Unbelievable! I am not going to be charged a cleaning fee if they can't even clean the bathroom for us at check in! And why in the world isn't the cleaning fee part of the booking fee?? I will definitly NOT Be going back.

I lived in the resort 5 years ago and it was very wonderful. The cleanliness of the villa, the service and safety are high, and the most important point is its location ?? A great choice for the family

The place is beautiful on the outside. Outdated on the inside. The beds are so uncomfortable that are guest and I didn’t get much sleep. Tv kept shutting on in some rooms and in others you had to unplug and plug them back in to work. Don’t get many tv stations. Jacuzzi was broken and no air was coming out and had a bunch of dirt on the bottom. Definitely will not be back! The restaurant is over priced and food isn’t that great

The service at the reception was terrible, not very friendly, we did not like the attention!!! The house was dusty, noticeable deterioration, neglected patio, clean towels, house with large space, equipped with everything you need, the air works well, television in each room, if you want to use the meat grill you must pay an extra fee...

Beware of a HIDDEN $240 "cleaning fee" for a one night stay. They don't tell you until you check in. A reservation on 9/29/24 for $356 jumped to $596 when checking in. 100% THEFT!!!

Quiet Villa property with pharmacies and eateries nearby. More than enough space for a family of 6. However the tvs were outdated and items such as the fridge door water line (foggy & particle filled water) & low shower pressure needs to addressed as well as “grounds men” standing on the patios after 8p. Having someone standing watching their phone in the dark is very alarming.

This used to be my go-to place but now they are lacking on the upkeep. The grounds need more curb appeal. Grass was over grown and wasp next too close to entry & on balcony. The rooms weren't as clean this time around. There were ants in the kitchen & bedrooms. If booking a unit by the lake, be aware of the ducks. The units should be screened in to keep the ducks from entering onto the patio. We had duck poop EVERYWHERE! A few issues for our stay: no trash bin in the kitchen, no oven mits to handle hot items & no hot water in the kitchen sink. Stay overall was ok, front desk & other personnel was very accommodating.
