The negative reviews I read are deceiving. My entire family of 13 just ate here and the food was phenomenal and so was the service. The owner is very hands on and specifically made sure all of our food came out as ordered with no mistakes! Between all of us we tried almost everything on the menu and my entire family agreed that it’s the best fast food we have tried! We will definitely be coming on a regular basis!!

This was a place I found while in Walmart the shakes are great but the food was overpriced for a very small portion that was cold they took forever making it and had 4 people working that line so not sure why it took so long the place wasn't packed. I would come back for the shakes they are worth it but not the food in my opinion. The way it's portrayed to be and what you get are two different things I hope they can offer more affordable combo type meals in the near future for people and hopefully get hot food not room temp.
We just arrived go Florida today ( Christmas Eve) from Canada. We thought we go to Wal-Mart to pick up some groceries then we saw this restaurant and we did our research before hand that we are going try this place. Jelisa was excellent! She was friendly and patient. Given it was our first time there and it would not be our last. The team was great, the food order was fast and efficient. The burgers was excellent, juicy and tasty. Milkshakes were good(Strawberry, oreos, and brownie), favorite is Strawberry and Oreo.

Edited just for you :)I’ve eaten here a few times (takeout) and the food is just ok. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch Milkshake tasted good, but the soggy cereal chunks was a turn off for me. The tater tots are usually over cooked and dry or undercooked. Customer service is a D- at best, and burger looked like it had been sitting for a while (cheese was hard).The owner (a grown man with children) hates the fact that he has a failing restaurant and takes it out on the employees who don’t earn a living wage. Complete dumpster fire.And not a disgruntled employee, your employees look miserable and have no idea how to give decent customer service because they aren’t properly trained, which is a reflection of your management. Especially won’t be eating there again after how I heard you talk to your employe this morning. Maybe instead of yelling at them you yourself could grow up and have a proper conversation with them. Again, dumpster fire.

Customer service not up to par. Chili cheese tots were horrible.. burger was average, cheese steak sandwich was not very good at all. Save your money! I feel McDonalds is a safer choice believe it or not..

I can’t tell you how the food taste because apparently at 11:10pm they are closed for the night even though the sign said open and the website showing hours of closing at 12am…I get it, your cleaning up and preparing to leave but if you chose to work there and accepted all that comes with the job this includes serving patrons until you are officially closed. Yeah I’m definitely taking my money elsewhere.
Best fast food burger. Get The Cheesy and some fries! Everything cooked to order. Wish there was one in Tennessee.
