Went to this location to get Monday special chicken biscuit for $1 when ordering on app. Offer good thru September 30th. Manager on duty couldnāt process order and told me to order something else. I left with nothing and disappointed..

It's across the highway so if we don't feel like cooking order on the app, pick up and back home in maybe 5 to 10 minutes max. We like Wendy's better than the other burger places in our neighborhood.

- Took two hours to get our food, and most of the sauces and ingredients were missing. - The attitude of the lady that served us was quite deplorable. For some reason we were being looked at with disgust. Very strange. - Toilets dirty. We had to use wet wipes to wipe our hands in order to avoid the toilet. - The burger we ordered was meant to include cheese and bacon but what we got didnāt have it. When we went to let them know, the lady claimed we had eaten half of the burger when in fact, we had only taken two bites.
Not the best experience. Only one person was polite and even apologetic about the delay and lack of ingredients.

I ordered a large no salt fry and got a super greasy re-dropped fry. As soon as I got my bag, I felt the grease soaked fry and asked for a fresh one. I was given fresh fries, but it was only half filled.
