So today I went to Wendy's with my friend to order do that kiosk. First off it was a little bit confusing because it was our first time when we got the hang of it. I wanted to use a coupon and we couldn't so I went to the front. The employees there I think are now trained to not help you since there's no register because they just ignore everyone at the front. Then they didn't know how to help me cuz they're clearly not trained with the kiosk. Eventually...

This is a great Wendy's. It was clean, staff was friendly and efficient, and the food was great. The drink machine was working and had all the flavors ( which is an issue I've experienced at other Wendy's ).
Parking was slightly wonky, but that was mostly my fault.
Great fast food option.
December 2024
Went through the drive through to order the new Krabby Patty Meal. They did not have the vanilla drink to make the Pineapple Under the Sea frosty?. This defeated the purpose of spending money on this particular meal. I was looking for the whole eating experience. I, instead, was offered a small chocolate frosty?. And don't even bother calling the restaurant number, they won't answer their phone. Will try another location next time. ?
