I don't understand why people complain so much about this restaurant lm very picky and this is the only place I would buy fast food in Poinciana. You should treat employees with respect .Do not expect to have 5 starts customer service if you have a crappy attitude.

Food is never hot. Always room temp or luke warm if you're lucky. Twice they have gotten my order wrong. Customer service isn't very good either. Everyone seems rushed and frustrated. Not a nice atmosphere.

People are underpaid and shows. Even though they are really nice you can tell that they have attitude and it’s just a job to them. I blame the three stars upper management/corporate office. Stop taking advantage of your employees and give them the money that they deserved 15+ they deserve. They have to deal with customers rudeness for you.
