People are underpaid and shows. Even though they are really nice you can tell that they have attitude and it’s just a job to them. I blame the three stars upper management/corporate office. Stop taking advantage of your employees and give them the money that they deserved 15+ they deserve. They have to deal with customers rudeness for you.
They don't get your orders right so you better check it before you leave. They also barely speak English in there, probably why my order was wrong. They also have a really bad attitude at the drive-thru, I feel like I was annoying her because I didn't speak Spanish. When I called to say my order was wrong they hung up on me three times, yes they did say they would give me my order again correctly but I don't even want to go back there and deal with them
I used to like this Wendy's (store 18111122) it always was fast, clean and with good service. But no anymore.Upon coming to the front, there was no one manning the register, I finally asked an employee if they were closed, she then called some one from the back, who finally straddle to the register and took my order.That wasn't that bad, but then it took 14 minutes to get my, "fast food" order.
