Mikayla M brought back customer service today. My 3 year old was stressing me out and she handled my (pregnant/hormonal/hungry) attitude like a pro. Then when he spilled his FULL lemonade and it exploded everywhere, she got us a new one and cleaned it up even though I offered. 😭

Darion has great customer service he is amazing he was really patient when I was deciding what to order and was really helpful with my decision by describing my sauces and option it was the first time I have had zaxby’s in a long time and I am super grateful to have had him take my order and serve me made the experience 10 times better

Stopped here for our grandkids were hungry and haven been to one in awhile. Bad experience from Lee Vista area. Anyway, we were very happy, with the grilled Cheese not being burnt. We always order two since one is always burnt in other places. Thank you for that.
