The Chicken Pita was very good with just one downside. The chicken was marinated to perfection and the sandwich ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The pita had a nice fluffy texture. The challenge was that the melted mozzarella cheese was stuck to the aluminum foil wrap and the pita was overstuffed with goodness that there is no way to consider this a handheld sandwich.
