This chipotle use to be our favorite to go to. Unfortunately it has gone WAY down hill. The workers are college kids who always seem rude and have a "don't care" attitude. They are always out of foods like rice, cheese, etc, the drink fountain area is just asking for a lawsuit with their ice machine overly making ice and water ALL over the floor. The tables are never clean and they're always closing early. Their food prep table is GROSS. They never seem to wipe it.
New management needs to happen.

This has to be the filthiest chipotle I've ever seen. Garbage overflowing. Dirty tables. The meal prep area was mixed up. The soda machine has ice all over the tray and the floor is wet and slippery. They were out of napkins and the nearby employee who was on his phone didn't give a damn. They were out of sour cream. The chips are stale. The queso looked old. And don't get me started on the employees. Unkept, foul language within earshot of my daughter.

This location is a mess compared to every other I've been to. I hope someone in upper management sees this review and fixes it. It's been this way for months.

Unfortunately every time I come to this chipotle I’m disappointed. I’ve gotten charged for things multiple times that don’t come home with me in the bag. Have also ordered and had them not put on ingredients. They really skimp out with your bowl too. Don’t put much of anything on it without you asking. Leesburg location is much better

I was so excited when this chipotle opened up near me a few years ago. I went there and consistently got what I expect from a chipotle. Delicious food! Lately it has really slipped. The last two bowls I got there tasted like nothing. Not flavor at all. I’m not sure I’ll be coming back now. They need to season the beans, rice and guacamole. It’s seriously so bland. The people are really nice tho. Lovely staff. Hospital level blandness tho.

Nasty.
I went several times last year and finally decided I wouldn’t go back due to the uncleanliness of the dining and serving areas.
I decided to try it again and nothing has changed.
So sad.

DO NOT CATER WITH CHIPOTLE!!!! I am writing this as I wait for my catering order that was suppose to be ready 45 minutes ago. The absolute worst place to order catering from. There is not one person managing the catering side of this “restaurant”. They allow multiple catering orders at once without any person working there coordinating correctly. We order frequently and they are only at a 25% success rate with having our orders on time. We even started order 30 minutes earlier than what we plan to have it by (which was already earlier than set lunch for our Dr’s offices). We have tried to pick it up in person instead of delivery with no avail. Chipotle is running almost an hour behind on every catering order which is not ok. The employees at Chipotle are frustrated from lack of management and we are now frustrated to the point that we are removing Chipotle from our weekly catering list. The Dr’s offices request it but we have to now tell them, Chipotle is too unreliable to order from anymore. We’ve already called corporate to report our grievances and they never get back to us.

Went to get a burrito. Walked in and found the place disheveled and dirty. The containers of hot food at the counter mostly empty and left in their slots to dry out. One of the servers had long hair spilling out from under his cap. There was no guacamole in the container, except for residue. I asked if they had more and the server said, all out. Well I left without the burrito. No guacamole, no sale. Also servers were not at all pleasant.

Very disappointing food and service at this location. They were out of Pico, guacamole, grilled veggies and nearly out of lettuce. As a vegetarian, this was such a disappointment to eat here. Typically we love to eat at Chipotle but will not be back anytime soon!

This Chipotle location used to be a hit or miss but anymore, it's a miss. I gave them another shot yesterday. I went through the Chipotlane and the girl that greeted me at the window asked for my name, which I gave. She never did return. 10 minutes later a guy came to the window and asked for my name. 5 minutes later he apologizes and tells me they're out of steak so I tell him I'll just take the chicken. Another 10 minutes later they finally bring my meal. The chicken wasn't burnt and they probably only filled 3/4 of the bowl. I won't be returning to this location.

Without a doubt the worse Chipotle we’ve ever been to. The food is just ok - the chips are almost always stale though. We used to come here a lot when it was decent but stopped because the food and service had been going downhill. We decided to give it another try but it will be the last. The entire restaurant was so dirty! The food prep area was a mess, the ice machine was overflowing with ice everywhere and there were few clean tables. Yuk. No thanks.

Ordered online order an hour before closing. Got there waiting a few mins before someone saw me in the drive through. Asked my name walked away. I sat there for 25 mins. I know I should have went in sooner but I figured they had to make more food on the grill or something. Still I shouldn’t have waited so long. I finally go inside they are just standing around bag on the counter. I asked what is going on. A guy barely lifts up his head let’s out a sorry. No explanation or anyone in charge offer a real Apology. Chipotle has been going down hill. Getting stingy with the food portions. Service is now following close behind
