i usually have a great time with chipotle because there food is good and fresh, i made a stop at my local chipotle and i asked for a bowl with rice, the lady that took my order seemed new so i can’t be mad at her, when i asked for rice she barley put a scoop in there, so i obviously asked for more and then i asked for cheese, and she didn’t have anything left inside of the container except for two unshred BLOCKS of cheese. and the girl literally put it in there. when i checked out she had the audacity to tell the other girl at the register that i got extra rice and extra cheese.. after i left i took a bite of my food in the car and i literally could not eat it because the rice was so hard. as if it was left out for hours. this chipotle needs to do better. because this restaurant would 100% get a food violation if they came. do not go to this chipotle if you are craving good fresh food.

I love chipotle! This location has been the most promising out of the 2 I’ve visited in the area. I usually order for pick up & my order is always correct, sometimes a little cold but they’re usually early in having it ready for me.

Today my husband did a mobile pick up order it was to be ready at 12:02 we got there on time. The food was not in the pick up area. It was brought to him from the catering area. I didn’t understand how my food was cold by the time he walked out to the car!! We opened it to eat in the car and it was cold and the rice was hard and the chicken was dry and old. I’m writing this review because this isn’t the first time we have had an issue with this location.

I just had DoorDash bring me my order normally I love chipotle but everything was so salty the burritos, the burrito bowls I could not finish it and it's almost impossible to get help at DoorDash

This Chipoltle not on point. Steak is always stale, old, should be prepared constantly. They wont do it. I always get the freasher chinken now. Im from Delray Beach, & that location rocks hard! Huge business down there, not so much here in TV..

We came in for a Sofrito Bowl to go. The employees were friendly and listened to instructions and gave us exactly what we wanted. The food was delicious and it was a very pleasant experience.
