This Chipotle, I don't understand what's going on with the employees, the way they serve the food and how little they make is impressive. If I could give them 0 stars I would not recommend it and I will never return to this place again because of how stingy they are. ??

Clean . The food was very good. Check out was very slow because they were more interested in cleaning and filling their bins than they were taking care of the customers. There were 3 of us waiting to pay with nobody in line.10 months laterFood was very good. The place was a mess. The tables were dirty. Trash was all full. No toilet paper in the ladies' restroom. 3 employees standing at the register laughing and talking. One standing behind the take out shelf playing on his cell phone. Meantime, the floor in front of the soda machine is soaking wet.

I honestly really love Chipotle but I do believe it's going downhill last time I was there the lady gave me two scoops of me at just today another gentleman only gave me one scoop it's okay but not for the price you honestly

Normally I love Chipotle. I have been to this location twice now, once inside and once through mobile ordering. Both times were at about 8pm. Buyer beware - each time the rice was old and dried out. The second time I ordered on mobile and my order was completely messed up. Neither of my burritos had the guac that I paid extra for, and the chicken burrito was filled with carnitas instead. When I reached out to corporate online, they only gave me a reward code for one burrito, even though 2 burritos were messed up and gross. We won't be back to this location.

This is the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever eaten at.The tables were all dirty. The trash container was overflowing.A costumer went to counter and ask for a table to be cleaned so they could eat. The young man cleaned 1 table and went back behind the counter to talk to another employee as they were on their phones. He didn't take time to clean the rest of the tables.

The employees are competent. But, it always seems like the person they have completing the orders and taking payment is not warm or welcoming. I feel like I am bothering her buy paying to eat there.

This place is just unbelievable. Once ok, but TWICE!? the chips are SALTY and and stale and the meat is WAY over seasoned, my toddler started coughing. And twice now we are missing stuff. I think we will stick with the one in Ocala from now on.
