Walked in. Saw the group of waitresses talking and they saw me as well. They made me stand there waiting by the front door while they continued their conversation. It was lunch time, they still didn’t care.
So I left and went to Coastal Del Mar. A very nice seafood restaurant in walking distance where they valued me as a customer and their food was delicious!
I was wondering why gators dockside was a ghost town. It’s because of the trash service. I hope the owner reads this and understands that their business is failing because they can’t hire staff that value customer service. Customer service is everything! Goodluck and god bless.

The Burger bun and the Poor Boy roll both tasted old. The fries were cold and bland. The onion peddles were greasy and undercooked.

Food and beer selection are mediocre but the atmosphere is fun and they're open later than most other places in the area. Outside seating area is also nice. Manager is very friendly and welcoming.

Atmosphere: VERY loud trivia event happening. I understand this is a retirement community and people are hard of hearing, but I had to scream across the small table for my grandmother to hear me.
Aesthetic: I liked the gator theme in here. It seems like they have put a lot of effort into their branding and their decor.
Service: We arrived at the restaurant at a little after 7pm and it took the juggalette hostess a good while to get back to the host stand to seat us. After taking our orders, it took around an hour for the food to get to us, and they didn’t even put the sauce on my wings. My grandmother’s friend had to wait an additional hour after our food was served to wait for her to-go order for her husband.
Our server was incredibly kind, personable, and understanding. She seemed to be a very hard worker and cares about her job. However, y’all may want to hire some new cooks because it really should not take an hour to make an order of wings.
Food: my wings were good, but they forgot the sauce. My grandmother said her food was alright. They have no Coke products, only Pepsi.
Overall: I don’t really want to come back here again. Save yourself two hours and go somewhere else that will have your food out sooner. I felt bad for the sweet waitress who was probably losing money from having a table there for over two hours.
We were greeted immediately by the hostess and seated. The restaurant was very empty except for a few tables outside. The waitress introduced herself as a 'trainee' but there was no trainor with her. There wasn't a drink menu and the trainee could only say there was a full bar and could make anything. She stated a few beers that she 'could remember'. We ordered two appetizers but asked for blue cheese with one instead of ranch and that stated we would order entree after appetizer arrived. A food runner delivered the appetizers with ranch dressing that was liquid. No blue cheese. The waitress did not return. After waiting 10-15 mins we asked another waitress to locate her. Still no show. The hostess came by 10 mins later and we explained the problems. We asked her to order two Cobb salads. The trainee returned with her trainor with excuses of why she didn't return. 20 mins later we still hadn't received Cobb salads. Went to the hostess and asked for the check. No manager came to speak with us, more excuses from the trainee and trainor. Excessively long time standing in lobby waiting because "the manager had to correct the check". We walked to another restaurant. Many other options to chose from with 100% better service and food.

High-Priced bar food in a bar atmosphere probably won't go back. Pretzel was good but $11?
