Went in for a quick lunch and beer unfortunately it was karaoke time . There was 1 waitress and 1 bartender. Spent about hour and a half waiting to eat and was never offered if we needed another drink. First and last time at this establishment.

We were there on a Saturday afternoon and service was horrible. We sat at the bar and the bartender was running all over the whole restaurant serving people. There was a server standing at the host station on her phone not doing a thing. We were there for almost a hour and was only able to get one drink. We waited almost twenty minutes just to pay our bill. People were waiting at the door and leaving due to lack of service. You need to hire more help, bartender was very nice but was very overwhelmed with no help.

A lively place in the entertainment square. Blues stage, live music.
Got seated at 5:15 got drinks around 20 min later. Food arrived around 7:15 for five of us. The sixth person didn’t get his food for another 15 minutes. Waiteress was very good and kept us informed that someone call off in the kitchen so they shut it down till they could catch up on the orders. Again not her fault. This is the second time we heard this story. Will not be going back anytime soon or recommending this place

Horrible experience. Waited 11/2 hours for an order only to be told it would still be awhile. Manager told us they have a small kitchen and they were busy. Horrible, we left, hungry!
