Was completely ignored when I told them my coffee was completely wrong. Staff is distracted talking. When we talked to them about it.worker just walked away and ignored us with nothing but attitude. Too many times Iâve gotten home and found items missing from my order, I shouldnât have to audit my bags every time i go through the drive through to actually get home with what Iâve paid for, so frustrating to spend that much money for nothing

McDonaldâs doesnât close until 11 pm. Went though the drive thru and attempted to order, there wasnât any response. It was 10:53 at night, they should have been able to take my order!! I got out to try to go inside and the doors were locked. A blonde was mopping and wouldnât open the door. Through the window she said âclosedâ even though it wasnât 11pm yet. Horrible customer service skills. Wouldnât recommend

Fri morning on the way to work I ordered a steak egg and cheese bagel. What I got was a cold whole different sandwich...very disappointed for a person who works hard all day and just needs a pick me up to get me through lunch. And I was the only car there. 612 am Friday the 13th of June.
