Downloaded the app to get a free Fry W/Purchase. Walked in with the 4 digit code. Manager said no. Can’t use it. What a joke / done with McDonalds

I just came from drive-thru when this location opened up for breakfast. Unfortunately, the wait turned into 15 plus minutes. The customer behind me was yelling and getting very upset due to excessive wait. I attempted to blow my horn and knock on window to get someone's attention. There was a manager who was walking near the window, but would not acknowledge me. I heard her say, " they will have to wait". An associate came by the windows shortly after the manger walked out of sight and opened the window. I explained that the customer behind me was getting upset. I pulled up to the second window, so the customer behind me could calm down, since my sandwich was not ready.
I would not recommend coming here when this location is opening up for the day, not convenient in drive thru.

I visited this location today at approximately 4:00 PM and although the service was good and the food was good, I watched the manager being very rude to her employees as much as going into the kitchen to proceeded to yell at them telling them that they were extremely slow while the lobby was full of customers that could hear her put them down in front of people even my 6 year old heard it and said why is she being so mean to them. I have worked in customer service for many many many years and in order to have your employees work well, you need to treat them well.

Food was cold, asked for hot fries and watched them drop more fries only to give us the left overs, with how expensive fast food has gotten, I won't be going back to this McDonald's

It was early morning 🌄 and I was jonesing for an egg McMuffin. So I put on my shoes and hiked the two miles to Mickey Dee's for breakfast. I hadn't had a McMuffin in decades... Literally, over 20 years! They're pretty good, I gotta say. I ordered one sandwich and the guy behind the counter said that I should order two. One was $4.99. Two was $5.00! OK. I wasn't really that hungry but I'm not going to argue with a good deal, so I took my McMuffins home and ate one that morning and had the other one the next day... Just stuck it in the nuke for 30 seconds and it was just as tasty as the first one! 🤤

Next morning I had diarrhea and cramping for about 4 hours. Tried to notify the CDC but couldn't get a link. Because they kept saying there were no cases of this from quarter pounders in Florida. But that's exactly what I had with onions. My bad. I didn't see the report until afterwards.
