Seems like the seafood has went downhill in frozen section. Fish smelled like dirt. Shrimp and crab legs were freezer burnt and tasted like crap. Had to throw away all items, waste of money.

I've been a member of sams club for 25 maybe longer, I have been shopping in the villages sams club since they built it. Well today I went to the meat dept about 5:30 pm looking for 6 racks of babyback ribs none in the meat case, a tall older meat employee came out after ringing the bell looking miserable, I asked if he had any babyback ribs in back. He tells me they close in an hour in a half, I told him I still need 6 babyback ribs. He had a miserable face on and didn't want to go see if they had 6 babyback ribs $60.00 worth of meat in back because they were closing in an hour in a half. He finally walked back to the cooler and immediately back out no way this miserable employee looked..I told the manager with some choice words of what I thought about this employee.. I purchased the ribs at BJ'S plus other items equalling $160. Sams meat dept needs to find employees like bjs who are awesome and go out of their way to help you. No one has ever treated me the way that clown at sams did. I spend alot of money at that sams especially the meat dept but now sams will be last choice this year until my membership expires..I will not renew!!

The people there are rude. The only nice one there was the lady with wine samples. The workers and customers are rude in this one. I will never go back! I shop in Apopka or Orlando usually and now I see why.

Friendly staff even with so many grouchy people! Especially at the self check out! Yesterday and today I want to praise the young guy working who was efficient, knowledgeable and happy! People were nuts but he did his job quickly and with a smile! wish I had your name! Please give him praise for all of us who noticed his hard work but didn't get a chance to tell him.! I praised him on the online chat and here! Hope he knows!

Very disappointed there is no salt and pepper to be had to go with the food you purchase. Go figure. There are tons of these items on the shelves. Yet you buy a salad in the deli there is no salt and pepper. Poor management Sam ?

So impressed with our Sam's Club! Today was th second time we have used the pick up service. Both times everything was there, they were prompt, and today we were gifted a cute little bag with some goodies in it!

Total garbage. I ordered tires online to have them put on at this Sam's Club. My total price online was $427.96. I arrive for my appointment and I'm charged over $600.00. He tells me it was a glitch in the system that's why it said that $427.96. I shouldn't have to pay more than what I was originally told. You need to fix your system and reimburse me the difference
Great selection of quickly prepared and eaten items. Prices are exceptional. Try the frozen yogurt even in the winter!

Their pick up ordering process is terrible!! 45 minutes waiting on an order because they only have 1 person picking the groceries and delivering them to the cars. Terrible!

Other than the borderline harassment received to show a Sams ID, causing a bottleneck at the front door with zero social distancing, it’s a good store. Pretty pointless initiative as you can make exactly zero purchases without it. Take that away, and it would be a great shopping experience.
