This is the most upset I've been during Thanksgiving. Our $100 ham was burned and dry as could be... Totally ruined our Thanksgiving dinner. We have company in from over seas and we were raving how good the ham was and was so disappointed when my wife opened it up and saw all black! I really hope they make it right.... If so I will delete this review!

I love stopping here when shopping this plaza. With the rewards program, I was able to get two meals with drinks,chips, and cookies for less than 10 bucks.

Went to store to pick up a tray of the new take & bake sandwich trays. Ordered 1/2 ham & cheese, & 1/2 turkey bacon. Came home to bake & found that all we had was turkey & cheese. Very disappointed. Will not try anything else without opening & checking before leaving store, which I shouldn't have to do.

This was previously one of my favorite sandwich places until they changed their rewards program and I lost out on over $60 worth of rewards points; store manager wouldn't help. Also, just recently picked up some of their ham salad, which was previously very good ... this time, it was not good. Will be going elsewhere. Sad!

I had a 2022 rewards punch card with 6 punches out of 10 completed for free sandwich. They started a new program last year but manager (& member of staff) told me I would be able to complete the card (did not specify date as to when it needed to be completed). Went in this March & they would not honor the card. So I not only lost out on finishing the card but also the points for the new program equal to the 6 punches (approximately $60 worth). Corporate offered me 10 points. No thanks.

A very nice comfortable place to enjoy a good meal with excellent service. They have specials and combo's and my favorite classic ham sandwich on crossiant bread with bean soup.
Great lunch special of sandwich, chips, cookie, and fountain drink for $10.99.
