I am from NY so every so often I take thr 30 min. Drive to get their bagels. When they are fresh OMG. They really do speak for themselves.

The music selection may do well in New York, but senior citizens don’t appreciate screaming groaning, hard to listen to noise,…..it’s really annoying, mgmt should listen and smooth it out a bit.

I didn’t write a bad review after my first bad experience, but this is the second in a row, and my last visit to this place that I used to frequent. Don’t waste your time. Food quality has gone down hill, they stop making bagels so you get a limited selection of cold bagels if you’re not there early and the servers are slow, inefficient and not even nice.
Great to finally find a good tasting garlic bagel in Florida.They even have egg creams!!!

Three of us were there at 8:30 in the morning and the bagels seemed like they were last night's nobody was making bagels, and the bagels were a little tough. The place is a little on the expensive side.

I drive from Jacksonville because the bagels locally are inferior.
I ordered a baker’s dozen (13) and received only 10. Not the first time this has occurred.
UPDATE: The Franchise Owner contacted me today, identified the issue, and more than corrected the situation.

closest you get to NY bagels in central florida…. they mimic the water so to get the correct consistency inside the bagel and firmness on the outside…. the staff are pleasant and embracing when you walk in…. plenty of choices for breakfast and lunch with a selection of good coffee… that good quality morning coffee always makes the difference.. recommend without hesitation if your a bagel and coffee lover….

This place was amazing when it first opened, now it seems like they just can't keep up with this location. There is always something at this place whether soda machines are down or they are out of ingredients. Also the quality of the food has decreased in a huge way!
