You have to make a reservation in advance, but when you arrive, you should check in immediately to avoid having to wait even longer, although you'll still wait beyond your reserved time.
It is a Disney Restaurant that also has all you care to enjoy dining. Bring your appetite and you'll be pleasantly surprised by the fair they offer. Plantains, pulled pork, grilled chicken, rice, vegetarian and vegan fare, and a bread pudding for dessert, yum.
I don't normally review restaurants inside theme park hotels. However, this place is not your typical theme park restaurant. Located in side the Caribbean beach resorts. It's quite frankly one of the best all you can eat buffet in all of Disney World. I could not stop myself from eating the Cilantro Lime rice. The staff is so attentive that they will make you blush. When you visit this place, you will agree It's money well spent.
