I don't normally review restaurants inside theme park hotels. However, this place is not your typical theme park restaurant. Located in side the Caribbean beach resorts. It's quite frankly one of the best all you can eat buffet in all of Disney World. I could not stop myself from eating the Cilantro Lime rice. The staff is so attentive that they will make you blush. When you visit this place, you will agree It's money well spent.
I hope this place stays the hidden gem of the sea... If you like good food and understand terms like "flavor town," then this place is for you. If you don't like it, there may be something wrong with you.
This is hands down my favorite restaurant outside the parks. HOWEVER, at our recent visit we discovered they changed up the sides 😮
Bring the broccolini BACK, as well as the tomatoes and peppers. The plantains were good so all good there, but the broccolini was sooooo good. Taking a star away in protest of the menu change ☹️
