Disney is really trying to bring a different clientele and finally learned good restaurants is the way. In the 16th floor of Coronado Springs Resort, and with an impressive view is Toledo Tapas.
Trying to emulate central and northern Spanish Cuisine, Toledo Tapas do a very good job. Not excellent, but the food is savory, with variety of taste, products, and aromas. Plates are almost all spicy, which is not as in the ibéric peninsula. But the food is very good.
Wine list is good also but with exorbitant prices. Libations are very good and the bartenders Dahlia Lounge in the same area are fantastic.
Service is excellent mostly if you have a reservation.
Overall a very good place for dinner.

Very unique Disney dining experience! The service is fantastic—everyone is super attentive and kind. The cast member who checked us in was especially nice; she’s a Colombian woman.
The food is delicious. We started with Gambas al Ajillo, Brick-Oven Shrimp, and Charred Octopus, and they were all fresh and flavorful. The bread was toasted perfectly.
For entrées, we had the filet and salmon. The filet was absolutely delicious.
Finally, for dessert, we tried The Toledo Tapas Bar and Orange Flancocho. Both were great, but the flancocho was definitely my favorite - I highly recommend it!

Came here for New Years Eve dinner and was disappointed by the whole experience. Sorry fo say this was the worst meal during our 2 week holiday in Disney World. Although we checked in on the app ahead of our actual reservation, it took 30 mins to get our table and even then we had to keep asking for it. The food was average, had higher expectations. We opted for the on the bone rib for 2 (which was eye watering $115!!), and the meat was not great. We left most of it! Wasn't served with any sauce either, it was just tasteless and chewy. For a steak restaurant, this was not good enough!

We were a group of 4 that really enjoyed a New Year’s Eve dinner / birthday. The restaurant is upscale and located on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower at the Coronado Springs Resort. The food is very good and the service just as good. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be, but a little more than normal. If you’re looking for a nice, special place for diner, I recommend a visit to Toledo.
Parking: We stayed at the resort and had available parking, not sure how parking works if you are not staying on property.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice elevators available for wheelchairs.

One of the best restaurants that I've been to at Disney. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. The paella was perfect and was great for two people. Also any of the tapas that come out of the oven is worth it! The only thing that's a bit of a damper is the noise. The whole place is pretty loud, but manageable.

Atmosphere- 5 stars- located on the 16th floor of Disney World’s Gran Destino resort. This restaurant is beautiful and so stylish. The ceiling is a mosaic glass of different colors that constantly change as you eat. Views are to die for!! Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous- did I already say that lol.
Service- 5 stars- our server was Joe and he was great. Very friendly, helpful and attentive. Great job!
Food- 5 stars- Everything was delicious from the drink- Ponche de Frutas (non alcoholic) to the appetizer- Pan Con Tomate to the entree- Rioja Braised Chicken. Everything was cooked perfectly and I throughly enjoy this dining experience. Don’t miss eating here!!

The tapas is not very different from what you get in Spain, although wine costs 3x more than in Toledo. Very attentive and friendly service

Really cool place. Not very well known…yet. Food was yummy and we had the Ribeye meal for two. Cooked perfectly. Nice view of the fireworks at Epcot from the balcony as well and since it’s a Disney property they payed the music in sync with the fireworks which was a nice touch.

I was nervous at first, since it's the nicest place I'd ever eaten at, but the staff were so kind and welcoming that my anxiety quickly went away. They were super accommodating for my unusual food allergy (ginger). The food came out in a span of time that made sense given it's complexity, and was downright amazing in flavor, texture, temperature, etc. Best food I've ever had! Hope to get to go again one day!

The dinner for 2 was a bit underwhelming, especially for the price you are paying. Although this is a Disney restaurant where prices are jacked up, the food was not as good as I wanted it to be. The octopus appetizer was tasty, but had a very small quantity of octopus, with most of the dish being potatoes. The bruschetta was not good, with the bread being too hard. I enjoyed the steak which was cooked perfectly and the portion size was great. The service here was also very good, ensuring our glasses were always filled added with some pleasant small talk.

PHENOMENAL! The ribeye was cooked to perfection. We ordered the shishito peppers and batatas bravas as sides, both were equally delicious. The server, Daniel was friendly and professional and made great recommendations. I can't believe I've never been to or heard of this restaurant until today! Glad to have found it and will definitely revisit when in Orlando!

Great food and service at Toledo. Place is a bit too loud but then again most Disney restaurants are. Enjoyed the filet. We always bring our own wine as Disney has a reasonable $25 corkage fee.

Jessica was our server tonight, all I can say is that she’s amazing. Made me and my partner feel comfortable throughout the night. We had no clue what we got ourselves into, while she guided us through and through. Her recommendation was spot on to the drinks to food, we enjoyed everything!! I can say that the appetizer were not our forte but that doesn’t discredit the effort that was put into it. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Beautiful restaurant, awesome service, and amazing food. A bit pricey but I’ve seen worse at Disney and the experience was well worth it. There’s also decent firework views if you visit at the right time.
Highly recommend the chorizo app. Super basic but absolutely delicious (and makes for a wonderful late night snack in the hotel room). Felt a bit adventurous and tried the lamb entree, was not disappointed. Usually not a fan but this was so delicate and cooked perfectly. Wait staff was very friendly, perhaps a bit too rehearsed, but food was very evenly paced. Attentive enough to notice when I had decided on a wine just before the main course was sent but not overbearing with the check ins. Will definitely be returning on future visits.
