Worst restaurant we have ever been to this week at Disney. Staying on property at Coronado, and so disappointed in the service from the reception to the sever. Food was cold, came out 45 minutes after we ordered and once we told Laura (the waitress) it was cold she was like should I take it back? Uh no- we were very hungry. After that exchange- the service was awful. Don’t waste your time.

Just wanted to share my disappointment with the Beef Tenderloin dish. It was full of silver skin. Obviously wasn’t trimmed when portions were cut to be served. Nine times out of ten, I would just keep my mouth shut and not say anything however I said something this time. Waitress stated she told the chef but there wasn’t a response which projects the image they care less as long as they sell. I have worked under a chef for a long time. My chef would have been annoyed the prep was not completed properly. This is basic culinary 101. Do it right or don’t serve it at all. Take pride in the prep and what is served or find a new occupation.

The atmosphere is impressive, outstanding details on the ceiling making it look like an European church. The music is marvelous, makes you feel in Spain while looking at a great view outside of Disney area… My mom got the salmon and it was delicious, pretty thick portion that came with a salad and mash potatoes for $40, not bad… Now, that’s all the good I have to say; My dad and I went for the $155 plate for 2 since I wanted the paella and there is no option for it by itself… well, that was a terrible decision, the first two appetizers were OK without anything being fine dining standard, must of that could have being made by anyone with decent cooking skills, with the difference that was excessively small portion for 2 even though it’s advertise like it. The paella… it broke my heart, I have been to Spain personally and I have had bigger portions for 1 than what I got for 2, the rice was overcooked and creamy as it was a risotto, definitely not the standard for a paella, squat lobster was really good and shrimps were ok, so not everything was terrible, also dessert was pretty good, 10/10 for it. Now… looking it overall $155 for that “2 portion” plates it’s a robbery and I still can’t believe it how shameful you could be to advertise something like that in a Spanish restaurant. Server Mustafá was poor, didn’t say a single word even though saw our discontent, not fine dining standard, he clearly didn’t care, managers never showed up ever just for checking… whatever. I just gotta say I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and there are also sooo many better options that this for Spanish cousine. Never coming back.

Toledo at Coronado Springs is absolutely incredible! The food, the atmosphere, and especially the views make it such a special dining experience. But I have to say, the cheesecake is on another level. Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, I’d fly down to Disney just for that dessert, it’s that good! Friendly service, beautiful rooftop vibes, and unforgettable flavors. A must-visit if you’re at Disney!

An absolutely beautiful atmosphere with friendly staff (we loved our waitress, Ashley). The food was delicious all around. We particularly enjoyed the cheese platter, octopus appetizer, filet entree (perfectly cooked), and cheesecake for dessert. Definitely deserves its place in the Michelin Guide. We’ll be back!

We went to this restaurant in May and had a fabulous meal and decided to go again this week.
This time we ordered the meal for two with the bone in RibEye steak.
We were rushed with our meal as we had just finished our appetizer and our main meal was delivered - but everything was cold. They took the food away and replaced …again cold food .
What a disappointment as we were so looking forward to a Michelin meal!
Although the food was returned twice, we ate it the third time as they didn’t seem concerned about our complaint.
The restaurant did provide an extra dessert (not even asked if we wanted) and a coffee , but no discount.
Based on this experience it’s not worth the cost for the food and service and we definitely won’t be returning.

We spent our 3 year anniversary dinner here at Toledo. The service Angela provided was AMAZING! She was so kind & attentive and went above and beyond to provide a magical experience. The food along with the service is what made this place! The food was prepared perfectly and the quality was definitely worth the price.
At first, my husband and I were nervous booking based off the reviews we had seen, but don’t let them persuade you. Honestly this place is well worth it!

“Tomahawk for Two” was worth the price! Perfectly seared/charred and medium rare, paired with the brussel sprouts and potatoes bravas was exceptional. Service was excellent as always and we loved the overall vibe and ambiance.

An extraordinary Michelin-recommended experience. This was our first visit to any restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide, and it exceeded every expectation. The cuisine was truly exceptional; the lamb, in particular, was cooked to perfection, showcasing extraordinary Spanish influences. Service was exemplary, attentive, prompt, and warmly professional, with special thanks to our server, Taylor, whose hospitality elevated the entire evening. Definitely one of the finest dining experiences on Walt Disney World property. We look forward to returning soon!

Went because of a 40-% discount. Beautiful restaurant. Service somewhat slow, food just ok. One and done - glad we didn’t pay full price.

My husband and I honeymooned at Disney in 2024 and came back to Toledo once again in 2025 to celebrate our anniversary. Last year we had a full course meal and it was fantastic. This year we decided to just do coffee and dessert. I loved the choux because it was light and chocolatey. My husband got the famous Toledo bar but was underwhelmed. The toppings were good but the bar itself was kind of like a dry cake or wafer covered in chocolate. It wasn't as decadent as it looked. Last year we got the chocolate ganache dessert and it was rich and tasty. Jessica was our server and she was lovely! We will be back and we definitely recommend Toledo for a date night and beautiful rooftop atmosphere.

Food was fantastic we shared the ribeye for two, gigantes beans, Brussels sprouts and potatas bravas, for appetizers the shrimp and the charred octopus. We really enjoyed our meal and our server was nice and attentive. We will be back for sure. Beautiful ceiling and views of Epcot from the 16th floor of the Coronado Springs tower.
