Excellent service, delicious food, and a beautiful restaurant! Definitely worth the trip even if you're not staying at this property (or even if you're not doing Disney parks or resorts like us).
Had a great experience with delicious food. Robert took great care of us despite being double sat with two six tops! We took our dessert to go and he gave us a mission of getting it to the lobby without disturbing the presentation. We are happy to report we succeeded! đ«Ą
Ate here for the passholder 40 percent off discount. Great experience, views are awesome. You can see most of the Disney parks from the 16th floor.
If I could do negative stars, I would. Iâm still sitting here, waiting for dessert (comes with meal), and I wish I could leave now. Honestly, the pool bar for drinks and food would be better. Please do not waste your time.
We were very excited at trying a new Disney restaurant. We had the Chef's Signature Dinner for Two. This came with appetizers, an artisanal charcuterie and cheeses, and a choice of either seafood paella or bone in rib-eye. This also included either cheesecake or tapas desserts. We chose the paella for the dinner and the cheesecake for dessert. Our daughter chose the filet of beef. Overall, the restaurant on the 16th floor is very nice with great views of Disney World. Our server, Sean, was very slow with our service, and we had to ask to have our water refilled. Ordered cocktails were slow to arrive. Not what I expected from such a nice restaurant. The food was not very enjoyable with Signature Dinner for Two.
The charcuterie was the best part. The paella had little flavor. The appetizers were bland as well. Our daughter enjoyed her filet of beef, and the tastes she shared with us confirmed that would have been the better choice. Very expensive dinner. Comparable to the California Grill at the Contemporary Resort. The food at the California Grill is far superior.
My wife and I had a wonderful evening dining at Toledo at Disneyâs Coronado Springs. We focused on tapas for dinner, and it was the perfect way to experience this restaurant.
We tried the Rioja-braised Chorizo, Charred Octopus, Gambas Al-Ajillo, and The Spaniard for Two â each dish brought its own unique flair. The chorizo was rich and tender, the gambas packed a garlicky punch, and the curated selection on The Spaniard platter gave us a taste of Spainâs finest. The only thing we didnât love was the chimichurri on the octopusâit just didnât quite complement the dish for our tastesâbut the octopus itself was cooked beautifully. We ended the meal with the Basque Cheesecake, which was a standoutâcreamy, slightly caramelized on the edges, and a perfect finish to the meal.
The rooftop restaurant had great views and attentive service. Itâs a fantastic date-night spot that stands out among Disney dining options. Weâd absolutely return!
Decent place but with terrible prices and portion sizes. $42 for maybe 6oz of meat and a bed of potatoes smaller than that is ridiculous. I wouldnât ever come here for a steak again.
Beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Attentive service. Gazpacho was fresh, just the right amount of spice. The lamb loin was juicy and delicious. Cafe con leche choux was a hit for dessert also. It's so relaxing to sit in this pretty space and watch the changing colors of the ceiling after a long day at the parks. Highly recommend!
The restaurant is beautiful, decorations and decor are stunning. Staff and waiters are kind and attentive. The food thoughâŠutterly overpriced for what it is. Its also unauthentic. Whoever made the Gambas got the recipe from someone whoâs never been to Spain, and no sauce! The âcharred octopusâ was more sautĂ©ed and I would bet my restaurant bill that it was from a can. The pan con tomate was soggy, they never gave it a good toast before the tomato. Good selection of wine but you can get that many places. The pork chop was tasty but priced $13-$15 too expensive. Hard pass for me next time. They need to get authentic and drop menu items prices from 15-18% to be reasonable. A star for staff and one bc its a nice place.
Disney is really trying to bring a different clientele and finally learned good restaurants is the way. In the 16th floor of Coronado Springs Resort, and with an impressive view is Toledo Tapas.
Trying to emulate central and northern Spanish Cuisine, Toledo Tapas do a very good job. Not excellent, but the food is savory, with variety of taste, products, and aromas. Plates are almost all spicy, which is not as in the ibéric peninsula. But the food is very good.
Wine list is good also but with exorbitant prices. Libations are very good and the bartenders Dahlia Lounge in the same area are fantastic.
Service is excellent mostly if you have a reservation.
Overall a very good place for dinner.

Very unique Disney dining experience! The service is fantasticâeveryone is super attentive and kind. The cast member who checked us in was especially nice; sheâs a Colombian woman.
The food is delicious. We started with Gambas al Ajillo, Brick-Oven Shrimp, and Charred Octopus, and they were all fresh and flavorful. The bread was toasted perfectly.
For entrées, we had the filet and salmon. The filet was absolutely delicious.
Finally, for dessert, we tried The Toledo Tapas Bar and Orange Flancocho. Both were great, but the flancocho was definitely my favorite - I highly recommend it!

Came here for New Years Eve dinner and was disappointed by the whole experience. Sorry fo say this was the worst meal during our 2 week holiday in Disney World. Although we checked in on the app ahead of our actual reservation, it took 30 mins to get our table and even then we had to keep asking for it. The food was average, had higher expectations. We opted for the on the bone rib for 2 (which was eye watering $115!!), and the meat was not great. We left most of it! Wasn't served with any sauce either, it was just tasteless and chewy. For a steak restaurant, this was not good enough!

We were a group of 4 that really enjoyed a New Yearâs Eve dinner / birthday. The restaurant is upscale and located on the 16th floor of the Gran Destino Tower at the Coronado Springs Resort. The food is very good and the service just as good. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be, but a little more than normal. If youâre looking for a nice, special place for diner, I recommend a visit to Toledo.
Parking: We stayed at the resort and had available parking, not sure how parking works if you are not staying on property.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice elevators available for wheelchairs.

One of the best restaurants that I've been to at Disney. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. The paella was perfect and was great for two people. Also any of the tapas that come out of the oven is worth it! The only thing that's a bit of a damper is the noise. The whole place is pretty loud, but manageable.
