I had a wonderful experience. I’ve been waiting to try this restaurant for a few years now and I finally did and on top of that I was able to use my annual pass discount. Our server was Laura and I have to say she was absolutely amazing very attentive, super friendly, and made plenty of suggestions for things for us to try. I love the ambience of the restaurant the decoration. The vibes in the food was explicit. I highly recommend come and check it out.

Went there last night for dinner and had a great time. We were greeted warmly, waited a very short time waiting for a table. Mustapha was our waiter, he was very friendly, helpful and attentive. We had several different entrees including the lamb, pork chops and shrimp, all were extremely well prepared. I had a manhattan to drink and my wife a white sangria, both were very well made. The restaurants interior was very nice. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Great Steakhouse. It is a little pricey but it is a Disney Restaurant. The Ribeye for Two is the best way to go. Cooked Medium add choice of two sides. Drinks from the Bar are great. The Gran Gin Tonic and the Create your own Old Fashioned are a must. Great Wine Selection of Spanish Wines. The Dahlia Lounge across the restaurant is a great place to start off the evening or end it with a view of EPCOT Fireworks from the Roof top patio. I highly recommend this place. I will be back my next trip to WDW.

Very disappointed. We booked a table for 19:20, we arrived at 19:15, we were told to stand and wait for a notification for the table in a very busy corridor…We were eventually sat down at 19:32, no apology or excuse for why we were sat late.
The food - made the mistake of ordering the set menu for 2…the appetizer dishes are sat out back with shrink wrap on them, waiting to go, one of the mussels looked like a raisin, green and very old.
The paella was no better than a frozen paella from a well known German budget supermarket.
The patatas bravas were stone cold and lacking any sauce or flavour.
The waitress was stretched but didn’t really pay any attention to us, she could have checked on us a few times but didn’t, we only realised this as the table next to us had another server who couldn’t stop checking on them.
Please don’t waste your time or money here, too expensive; and really, not very good.

Delicious Chef Signature Dinner for two with an attentive waitress. Toledo even covered our entire tab just because the kitchen service was a bit slow. Very impressed!

My family went to toledo tonight. We had a snotty wait person, she went out of her way to talk down to us. She smiled and engaged with the table next to us. I don't know what about us she didn't approve of. I was wearing my dad's shirt over my dress. He passed last year and it makes me think of him. It is a printed silk Hawaiian shirt, I am not sure if he ever wore it, so it is like new and was pressed. I saw others there with spaghetti straps and shorts. My steak was overcooked, I sent it back. Chef came out with the new steak and was snotty. It was cooked correctly, but almost dropped on the table in front of me. I asked for help with wine selection. David was amazing and got me exactly what I wanted even though it took quite some time for him to have time to come by our table. He was a server in another part of the restaurant. Once Amanda, our server, came back, she made a snotty comment. We ended our meal and sat for over 5 minutes waiting for her to show back up. The spinach fonduta was a joke. We eat spinach at least once a week in my house, many different preparations. The spinach was stringy and dry. Overall, I was not impressed with our wait person, or the chef. David on the other hand was awesome. it is a pretty restaurant and if you can get your steak cooked correctly, it was tasty. I am not planning a return visit.
First time visiting Toledos and I absolutely loved it. Everything was great. The restaurant and the resort are beautiful. The staff are very professional and polite. Our server Taylor was truly the best. She was so kind and so attentive and she is what made this experience so awesome. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was fantastic. I can’t wait to visit here again.

Toledo has to be our favorite restaurant on Disney property. Dined here for our Anniversary and our meal was perfect from start to finish. Service and food is top notch and still a gem for those that know since its location is not at a deluxe resort.

Some of the best Spain 🇪🇸 themed dishes I have ever had. Reservations required, it's in the main building of Coronado springs and get there at least 30 minutes beforehand to get parking at the resort.
Great place for food with views. We had the filet and it melted in your mouth. The brussels sprouse had a good taste, but a bit over cooked for me. The cheesecake is an absolute must get!!

This was one of the best meals we've had at Disney. The ambiance was beautiful and made for a great dining experience.
The octopus was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The Pollo Roja was packed with flavor, and my daughter loved both the salmon and the filet. The pork chop was outstanding as well—cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Even the Brussels sprouts were delicious.
We finished the meal with the Toledo Tapas Bar dessert, which was pure chocolatey goodness. Each bite seemed to offer a different burst of flavor, making it the perfect ending to an exceptional meal.
From the food to the atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely dine here again on a future Disney trip.

Been to Toledo’s twice now in the last year and it has been excellent both times. We had the bone in ribeye for 2 and let me tell you I dream about that steak. Desserts were very good as well. Little pricey but beautiful restaurant.

We tried the $160 Chef’s Special for two, which included tapas, a bone-in ribeye, and cheesecake for dessert, and thought it was excellent. The sangria was outstanding, and the service was fantastic from both the host stand and our server.
The highlights for us were the ribeye, cheesecake, bread, and Manchego cheese. My only suggestion would be to offer complimentary bread to all guests, especially at this price point—it would be a nice touch and a great addition to the experience. I was also a big fan of the muscles they brought out- I’m not a big seafood guy but they were excellent!
I felt the Chef’s Special was absolutely worth it. The restaurant’s decor, views, and stunning ceiling artwork created a beautiful atmosphere. When you’re dining at a nice restaurant, it’s worth treating yourself and enjoying the full experience.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. I’m surprised it isn’t rated higher, especially considering it’s Michelin-recommended. We’ll definitely be back!

The food here is solid, however the paella we usually get is going downhill. While the amount of seafood is still good for some reason most of the rice (which you'd think would be the primary ingredient of paella) has disappeared. There was hardly any rice in the dish and instead just a very thin layer of rice soaked in oil. While it was tasty, the ratio was way off. Whoever is making this dish needs to add another cup or two of rice into the dish. I promise you rice is cheap... so please don't be stingy with it!

Our dining experience lasted about 2 hours long, which was longer than expected. My party got pan con tomate, two steaks, chicken, and salmon. We all loved our food, though my broccolini was a bit too salty. It’s a beautiful place and though we didn’t get to, I’d recommend requesting window seating for the views.
