Dunkin' Donuts in Lake City

“I’ve never been inclined to write a Dunkin review until today! This location needs to be studied by corporate because all Dunkin locations’ should prepare their food the way they do it. It’s the first time I’ve ever had their hashbrowns actually be crispy (usually they’re more “steamed”) and if they were prepared like this all the time, they’d be the best hashbrowns out there, hands down! SO good- great flavor and texture. The bagels we ordered were also toasted nicely- whoever made our food definitely cares about what they pass along to the other side of the counter and I greatly appreciated that! It’s a quality that seems to be hard to find anymore and it deserves recognition!“

“I used the DD app to place orders for points. Long story short, I have had a few issues with the app. Krystal, the manager, was in store and explained that the app is 3rd party but did honor my order. It's nice when someone listens and actually offers customer service.“
