“I don’t know why I go to Dunkin, I feel like every time I go to some Dunkin locations there is a legendary 50/50 chance for having a good experience. Sometimes depending on who’s working the chance for a not so great coffee increases.
That doesn’t happen at this Dunkin. Without a doubt the staff here always makes my order top tier. Which is why I’m shocked at the location having a 3.8! I have never had a bad interaction.
Before my promotion I would travel to different sites for my job and yeah there might have been a Dunkin or Starbucks right next door, but I always found myself placing my mobile order for this one.
I don’t know if they remembered my name and recognized it when it popped up but the way they spoke to me through their crunchy intercom system it made me feel like they did. I have a bad habit of being habitual and only doing the same thing over and over again, which is something I work on daily but stopping at this Dunkin opposed to the one 5 minutes from my house is a habit I don’t want to break.
Everyone at this location deserves a raise and a vacation.
If you ever feel like your Dunkin location is giving you that 50/50 chance of a bad coffee day, go to this one on Park Ave it will be worth it!“
“I come to this dunkin literally every single day. I will say, a few months ago, I went months not saying anything but receiving horrible service. I finally was fed up. I called corporate. I have to say , I will give credit where it is due... this dunkin did a 360 the past few months... I have now found trust back in this location. They do get busy and you might have to be patient once or twice but that's anywhere.... the staff really turned things around in that store and they have a few employees if i knew their names I would give them a special standing applause because of their exceptional customer service.... I have to say, good job guys!“
“I believe that we try our hardest and go by standards of Dunkin’ Donuts. We can’t help when you guys come and we don’t have what you need. If we have it we make more if we don’t. We have to wait till the next day I be as nice to y’all as I can But respect is due to a dog whoever this lady is that took a picture of me handing out someone else’s order, trying to make the process faster for everyone. It’s not my fault you had a whole bunch of food and had to get food made whoever took this picture of me should really come back to the store their crocs not slippers and I have on sweatpants cause I just had major stomach surgery not that I owe you any explanation at all and since I’ve been at this store, I know y’all get fresh food and fresh donuts so find you somebody else to play with.“
“Today, the food looked like the pictures. The croissant was soft and buttery, the bacon was peppered and tasted of maple, the coffee was exactly how I hoped it would be. This was the best experience I've had at a Dunks in ages. Great job guys! Thank you!“
