“Had a great experience at this Dunkin Donut location while I was visiting historic Saint Augustine Florida.
My sausage and egg croissant was very. Wife's donuts and coffee were good. Very convenient from hotel. Service was good. Reasonably priced. Definitely worth it.“

“I was on my way back to florida from georgia and the girls this shift were so sweet and adorable. outstanding performance in customer service and food handling, i go to dunkin for the same order and i have never had my egg cut in half on my avocado toast before, its been a long drive so i appreciated the cute effort❤“

“OMG This location has restored my faith in donuts as a whole. The munchkins are so fresh and the chocolate cake glazed donuts were so fresher. “I had some issues with the mobile app & there was confusion with my mobile order and someone else with the same name. Either way, the manager & wonderful associate assisting me were very nice. I pulled over & almost had a melt down about the app & was going to leave until I saw the associate coming out with the drink I told her I wanted. She didn’t have to do that, but she went out of her way to take care of me. I was able to quickly go into the store to pay & leave. I’m new to the area & frequent at this location. Will continue to do so ☺“

“All I can say is this will always be my favorite location. The staff are more than happy to go above and beyond for you. I experienced an unfortunate situation as I was placing our order in the drive thru. The staff came out to help without hesitation and made our morning!!! Thank you to kind staff that helped a mother in a time of need. And a special thanks to the father who taught his daughter to jump a car. In a time I could cry these ladies showed kindness and compassion.“

“Our church was hosting a Ladies Day event when our coffee machine suddenly stopped working. My friend and I rushed to the Dunkin on SR16, hoping they could help us get a large batch of coffee made as quickly as possible. Without hesitation, the amazing crew jumped right into action and started brewing fresh coffee immediately!

When we went to leave, we noticed the lid on the large carafe wouldn’t close properly on one side. I didn’t feel comfortable driving with it like that—but then Diva, one of the employees, graciously offered to drive it herself! She absolutely went above and beyond to make sure the coffee made it safely to our event.

To Diva and the entire SR16 Dunkin team in St. Augustine — thank you for saving our day! You made a room full of ladies very happy with your kindness, quick teamwork, and (of course) delicious coffee! ☕💖“

“Whenever I go to a dunkin I have a 50/50 shot on them making my drink right. But most of the time it’s wrong. I always get a medium mocha frozen coffee. Sometimes it’s pure liquid (opposed to being slushy). Sometimes it tastes like they didn’t put enough flavor in it and the color is super light. Other times the liquid it almost the color of Hershey syrup AND they add a drizzle into the sides of the cup- tasting like garbage. Sometimes they don’t add a drizzle. I’ve had 3 drinks at 3 different locations and this one is the first to get it right. So thanks!“

“My “Dunkalatte” add mocha was fantastic, and the cashier was incredibly kind with a great personality. She ever recommended a drink that I’m interested in trying the next time (Dunkalatte add caramel & blueberry.)

“I just want to give a shout to the owner. I had placed an order and dropped my iced coffee. So I reordered it and it went through two times. The owner was kind of enough to refund me and also give me the extra coffee. That was extremely generous and excellent customer service. I really appreciate his kindness.“
