Dunkin' Donuts in Daytona Beach

“I don't know what you guys do to your bagels, but 1) DO NOT STOP 2) Send your bagel person to DeLand and teach them your magic ways!! I fully expected the usual hard bagel, but this thing was almost croissant soft! I couldn't sit inside due to lack of seating and had to sit outside. Lost my bag of hash browns and a 4th of my iced coffee to the beach wind and I wasn't even mad.“

“It's Dunkin donuts to me and it's in a nice location. The employee was very nice and she understood what I wanted. There was nice seating and music inside, the air conditioning was great and it smelled like a typical donut shop, very nice! It's part of an outdoor mall area and just outside the shop, there are these swinging benches and they are very relaxing. Unfortunately they were all taken up and so I just enjoyed the air conditioning inside of the shop waiting for the bench swings to open but they never did. They are super popular. However, I was with my family for once and just being grateful to be with them drinking some piping hot caffeinated beverages was good enough. Okay, maybe I had an ice decaf, however, you shouldn't, you should visit now! ☺️

Parking: It's a big outdoor mall that's surrounded by some very large parking lots that are free.

Kid-friendliness: Dunkin' is awesome for kids!

Wheelchair accessibility: You could just walk in. There's no steps.“

“Great as always. Good service. Go for the Happy hour 3-6:00 PM. Love my large ice coffee for half price. Drive through makes this easy.
This store at LPGA and Clyde Morris has closed this location and moved closer to I-95.
Check it out. Easier drive thru and has areas to eat there too.
Happy hour is from 4:00 -6:00 PM now. Cornerstone street now. 1st right before Williamson.

She is so friendly and genuinely welcoming every single time — not in a scripted way, but in a way that makes you feel like a regular from day one. Night Manager:

I have to give a major shoutout to the night manager at this location — he does his thing and he does it well. There have been times when a fresh batch just brewed and my iced coffee came out stronger than usual. Without me even having to explain much, he already knows — and he has no problem remaking it or adjusting it until it has exactly that fresh, sweet blueberry iced coffee taste I love. That is real customer service. He genuinely cares about getting it right, and it shows every single time.“

“The service was always good, until today. They gave me two really old bagels, and I couldn’t come back, because I was far from there. They shouldn’t do that, because their service is always great. That’s why I still gave them the 5 stars.“

“We stopped here for a quick lunch. The people working here are super friendly. I asked for a cup of decaf coffee, if it was fresh. I hesitate to get decaffeinated coffee because it often sits on the burner, and tastes burned. They said they would make a fresh pot for me. The coffee was great. Excellent customer service.“
