“This store must have an amazing manager at the helm because it is by far the best Dunkin’ Donuts in the Ormond Daytona, new Smyrna Beach area! The employees are always polite, efficient, in great spirits, helpful, and professional. I cannot say the same for many of the other Dunkin’ Donuts stores I have visited in the area. I’m not saying they’re all terrible, but they don’t seem to go above and beyond like the employees at this store! Especially today, where they offered to frost me a couple old-fashioned donuts in order to make my favorite chocolate doughnut, which is typically always sold out in the late afternoon. This made me very, very happy!
