Tuesday at 12:09PMThere were only 2 employees in the store and god bless their hearts! They were the most hardworking and kindhearted people I have ever met! Managing the whole store with just the two of them… absolutely amazing employees!
I went to the register to get a gift card4 employees were there. NON OF THEM SAID ANYTHING TO ME. AFTER WAITING AND MAKING MYSELF KNOWN , 1 FINALLY SAID YOU HAVE TO COME TO PICK UP TO GET WAITED ON. HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT. NONE OF THEM WERE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. I WILL NOT BE USING THIS DUNKIN DONUT IN THE FUTURE.

I've always loved dunkin' donuts. It depends on the time of day that you get there whether or not your service is going to be good or bad. I know the best time for my service to be good and that's the time I show up outside of that.
