“That was easily the finest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve visited in Jacksonville, where everyone felt welcoming and prepared to take my order while simply being present. “I was greeted and met with absolutely friendly and outstanding staff as soon as I walked in. Cameron and I think his name was Jaden? were beyond phenomenal examples of what customer service and genuine kindness are made of. This location has some of the best employees. The were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and I witnessed they even remembered repeat customer orders that made theirs customers laugh. Thank you for making my Friday a little bit better and remind me that human kindness is still there.“

“I I always get the wake-up wraps, a mocha coffee, and hash browns. The food was really hot. The bacon was crispy, and everything was delicious. I left one star off on the food because a few of the hash browns were slightly overcooked, but other than that, it's a convenient location with good customer service.“

“We come here just about every Sunday morning through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that you have at the drive-thru is a major asset to your store. He is kind, efficient, always with a smile and makes each visit very pleasant! I wish I caught his name but he's there pretty much every Sunday morning at the drive-thru.“

“This is the most convenient Dunkin on my way to and from work. I normally go through the drive thru, but I went inside for the first time yesterday. It was actually super clean. “Unfortunately I’m moving and I’ll no longer be coming to this Dunkin and I’m gonna miss it so much. Anyone that’s ever complained must’ve already been having a bad day or just hates life. I’ve literally never had a problem here, of all my years going to different Dunkin’s this has been the best one ever, no exaggeration. Workers are really nice, very fast, efficient, attentive, they have really good chemistry with each other and whenever they DO mess up they build each other up rather than taking it out on each other or the next customer. They have such a solid staff and it’s nice to see the same faces almost everyday. So many places I go to have such high turnover rates and there’s new trainees everyday but here, everyone smiles, they show up, they actually care, and I appreciate that so much. I literally never write reviews but I had to cuz I don’t play about my morning Dunkin. Imma miss this place man 💔

Edit: you never know what someone is going through in their personal life, these workers are real people with real problems, so if you feel like you were being “disrespected” simply cuz you can’t fathom the idea that somebody else could be having a bad day, grow up. The world doesn’t revolve around you. Treat others the way you’d wanna be treated and maybe you wouldn’t feel so villainized.“

“I only got a coffee in the drive thru. However, the two ladies working were extremely friendly. It was early on a Sunday morning. Not having my coffee yet, I wasn't super talkative. However, they were genuinely so nice, it put a smile on my face.“

“The Dunkin’ Donuts by Strike Zone on Beach Blvd. was redone about a year ago and this location is by FAR the best ! Food and drinks are consistently great! Mobile orders and drive thru always accurate with friendly smiling faces and always appreciative of my business ! Stop by sometime, you won’t regret it. Great job DD!“

“I'd say the quality is at least as good as Wawa coffee and you get more flavor choices. Also, Dunkin' doesn't nickel-dime you for choosing almond milk or oat milk rather than regular milk and their medium is the same as the large at Wawa. So, it's actually more cost effective.“

“The young lady was patient and attentive. They searched out nice a Boston Cream and a nice Boston Vanilla Cream. They made my egg sandwich plain just like I like it. The French Macciato was wonderful. This is much better than Starbucks. They just need to make the eating area more appealing. The color choice is less desirable.“

“I’m going to have to update review, i’ve been a loyal dunkin customer for over a decade, I’m used to my drinks being made correctly and my orders being prepared in a timely manner. They messed up my drinks twice now, and I managed to get a refund for one time from corporate. I leave approximately an hour before I have to be at work to give myself time to go get dunkin and get their own time but lately they are outrageously slow. If you order a mobile order and you walk in, they continuously see people who are in line and pump out their orders no problem pronto. They make the ones who ordered online wait 30 minutes. The drive-through is pretty slow as well. Can’t win with them.“

“8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.“

“Joseph at Jas Computer Repair on Cassat Avenue recommended this place for having a good location to set up my computer and do office work since my office floor is down for repairs. I have to say that the noise of the radio playing is only exacerbated by the noise of the employees talking amongst themselves when no customers are waiting. I chose to have a hot cup of coffee and a cream-filled, chocolate covered cake donut. If you look intently at the picture I submitted on this review, you can see the competitor, Krispy Kreme, in the background. Sorry, KK, DD came first (and not just alphabetically, haha!).“

“Moved to area about yr ago and this dunkin locate has never failed me since moving down here. My wife and I has been coming here always made correctly and if there was a mistake they correct right away. Yea it’s a bit slow sometimes but having patience with this crew is worth the wait“

“I have to update my review. I have been going to this location for over 2 years. And when I order in the drive thru I have to be specific when asking for granulated suger. But when I order through the app they mess up 90% of the time. Now to be clear I have worked for dunkin before and I have pics of my receipt from today. It clearly shows sugar not liquid sugar. This part is aggravating but what really gets me is the attitude I get when I ask for it to be corrected. It's sad that they don't take the time to read what the customer wants but to have attitude on top of it is absolutely rude. I have even had them put granulated sugar in my cup on top of the liquid before. Smh I pay almost $5 for this coffee if I don't use points. All I ask for is what I ordered without the side of disappointment and attitude. I tip and have a smile when I come by. Please do better new people. 😃“

“My husband and I went in on March 31st and had an awesome experience! We were greeted initially by Shaliek and also by Mo and Cal. It was a morning rush and the drive through was busy, but each of them were working as a team and were not only helping each other out, but were so friendly to everyone! They didn't get frazzled at all by the rush, but were efficient and helping each other all while making us smile! They are an amazing example of what teamwork should look like! The donuts were fantastic, too!!!

“The service was pretty good my mom enjoyed her hot tea and my mom mom her coffee and I got a $6 meal like I do in every state I go to and when I ordered an iced coffee they put no cream in it whatsoever and when I asked them to remake it they said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for a medium iced coffee which is crazy with no other business happening“

“I had a great experience at this Dunkin’ located on 5150 University Blvd W, Jacksonville, FL 32216. The building is one of the cleanest I’ve visited, and it really shows the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. The team is always professional, friendly, and quick to serve customers with genuine smiles.

One thing I really appreciate is how efficient they are with mobile orders I rarely have to wait, and if I do, it’s never for long. The staff consistently greet customers as they walk in, which adds a nice personal touch. The counters and display areas are always spotless and well-presented, making the whole place feel organized and inviting.

This location is a great reminder that excellent customer service and pride in one’s work still matter. It’s refreshing to see, especially since that level of care can be hard to find these days. I’m always pleased with my visits here!“

“So this week (May6th-12th) is nurses week, I went to Dunkin to ask if they participated in the free medium coffee and the manager told me no! She was absolutely sooo upset about this. She told me the owners had just been in and when she asked about it, they told her about how they made a large donation for teacher appreciation week. While yes I agree education and educators are probably one of the single most essential professions there is. So kudos on the donation, but not for the people who save your life??? However, this manager went above and beyond and covered this coffee for me! So I ended up getting a free coffee. I want to say the manager of this location is absolutely an angel! The owners should definitely give this young lady a raise for how well she handled the entire situation while managing a whole car line of people in the drive thru. She truly made my day and she made my drink absolutely amazing!“
