Cameron and I think his name was Jaden? were beyond phenomenal examples of what customer service and genuine kindness are made of. This location has some of the best employees. The were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and I witnessed they even remembered repeat customer orders that made theirs customers laugh. “This place is amazing I love going there . I can sit and do my work it is peculiarly peaceful my main office is located at the salem centre but they close so early so i just go across the parking lot and finish my work in a clean friendly and professional setting,,I own a small business and am often hungry tired and just ready to wind down but my work isn’t always Done . I don’t have to panick anymore about that thanks to this place ., The managers are always smiling and are very attentive..I get a bagel and a coffee and sometimes donuts and they are prepped perfectly every time..The matcha Tea is better then starbucks which is over priced and it actually gives me some enetgy .,the whole staff treats each other like family which says alot for people working together in a space for many hours at a time 😊I just wanted to give this location its flowers i’ll be going there today to get some piece and to finish a lil work

“I like donuts. I also like boston cream filled donuts. And I also like the uhh blue barry donuts. My only complaint is that the drive through is only for Panda and not dunkin which is inconvenient because parking is so limited, especially during lunch.“

“We come here just about every Sunday morning through the drive-thru and the young gentleman that you have at the drive-thru is a major asset to your store. He is kind, efficient, always with a smile and makes each visit very pleasant! I wish I caught his name but he's there pretty much every Sunday morning at the drive-thru.“

“Always get a Croissant smothered in butter and a mocha ice coffee 3 cream 3 sugar 3 mocha and it's delish. Every time the customer service is great! Only downfall is the set up with drive thru. If someone gets tired of waiting in the drive thru line they try and go around the vehicles in line and with the dumpster area right there it's a tight fit. Someone gonna end up getting hit. Need a sign saying 1 lane or like no passing back there.“

“The girls here are working very hard as I sit here and watch while eating my bagel. I could not leave a tip because I did not have cash on me. The morning crew, I never got there names but I know 4 workers there, that every single time I pull up they know exactly what I am getting and always treat me so amazing !! “This Dunkin had a rough patch after the renovation. But its up and running really well. I visit there often and I have observed that they are very methodical. I never expect them to memorize what I like to drink or eat. I always receive exactly what I asked for and I am very please with their service!“

“I’m only giving this a 4 star only because I came in Wednesday and there was what it looked like to be only 1 person working I had my granddaughter with me and I got 6 donuts and 2 frozen coffees, and it was taking a little while so when the chubby girl with glasses came to the window I had asked her if she was in there by herself and she said no but I saw an older woman in the lobby sitting down on her phone. Very unprofessional. I tipped the girl $2 for her hard work I know it’s not enough but it was all I had on me. “8/27/25 My trip today had a hot surprise. XL hot coffee cups seem to have a deformity around the top. Lid does not stay fixed. Came off while I was driving home and hot coffee spilled on me. No major burns but it was hot. Please check your lids, folks!

- I've been visiting this location every day for at least a month. The food & drink products are always 10/10. The people have always been incredible until today. Usually, the ladies greet for order, and deliver at the windows. Today there were guys at both. Abrupt, rushed, inpatient seeming. Overall great. But, the guys need to take a breath & enjoy their blessings. If not, find other blessings elsewhere. Don't punish the rest of us for your rough moments.“

“The young lady was patient and attentive. They searched out nice a Boston Cream and a nice Boston Vanilla Cream. They made my egg sandwich plain just like I like it. The French Macciato was wonderful. This is much better than Starbucks. They just need to make the eating area more appealing. The color choice is less desirable.“

“My husband and I went in on March 31st and had an awesome experience! We were greeted initially by Shaliek and also by Mo and Cal. It was a morning rush and the drive through was busy, but each of them were working as a team and were not only helping each other out, but were so friendly to everyone! “Moved to area about yr ago and this dunkin locate has never failed me since moving down here. My wife and I has been coming here always made correctly and if there was a mistake they correct right away. Yea it’s a bit slow sometimes but having patience with this crew is worth the wait“

“The service was pretty good my mom enjoyed her hot tea and my mom mom her coffee and I got a $6 meal like I do in every state I go to and when I ordered an iced coffee they put no cream in it whatsoever and when I asked them to remake it they said it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for a medium iced coffee which is crazy with no other business happening“

The building is one of the cleanest I’ve visited, and it really shows the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment. The team is always professional, friendly, and quick to serve customers with genuine smiles.

One thing I really appreciate is how efficient they are with mobile orders I rarely have to wait, and if I do, it’s never for long. The staff consistently greet customers as they walk in, which adds a nice personal touch. The counters and display areas are always spotless and well-presented, making the whole place feel organized and inviting.

“So this week (May6th-12th) is nurses week, I went to Dunkin to ask if they participated in the free medium coffee and the manager told me no! She was absolutely sooo upset about this. She told me the owners had just been in and when she asked about it, they told her about how they made a large donation for teacher appreciation week. While yes I agree education and educators are probably one of the single most essential professions there is. So kudos on the donation, but not for the people who save your life??? However, this manager went above and beyond and covered this coffee for me! So I ended up getting a free coffee. I want to say the manager of this location is absolutely an angel! The owners should definitely give this young lady a raise for how well she handled the entire situation while managing a whole car line of people in the drive thru. She truly made my day and she made my drink absolutely amazing!“
