“Just came through the drive through, unashamedly I’m here almost every day. I just love this Dunkin so so much. All the people, all the coffee (cold brew with butter pecan and crème), and the food as well, every visit is spot on! The inside of the store and bathrooms are always perfect. I’m so thankful for their later hours (drive through only past a certain time) and every single employee literally makes me feel appreciated and better than when I walked in. Today I asked the man who is always there (during the week at least) if he is the owner and of course he is, said he’s had the store for 18 years. Amazing!!! Super grateful for this neighborhood Dunkin and if you’re in the area, support them and stop by for a cup of joe! Thank you to the whole crew there!!“
“I stop here just about every morning on my way to the ship for breakfast. I live on base so I order on the app when I am leaving my house and it is always ready and waiting for me when I pass through. The staff is always fantastic! They are friendly but also make sure that the line keeps moving since there are usually a lot of hungry sailors waiting.“
“I am a long-time customer and fan of Dunkin'. In fact, I have been coming to Dunkin' as far back as when they were called Dunkin' Donuts, lol. Regardless of what you want to call this iconic business, you really cannot go wrong. Dunkin' has grown considerably since Bill Rosenberg opened the first location in Quincy, Massachusetts back in 1950. The company has since expanded to somewhere around thirteen thousand locations in over forty countries. I would say that Dunkin' is best known for their donuts (though if you would like, you can spell it doughnuts) and coffee, though my go-to here is neither. My usual order at a Dunkin' is probably their bagels with cream cheese. While I would never say that Dunkin' has the best bagels with cream cheese (I grew up in New Jersey and I know great bagels), they are pretty good, especially when you consider that the bagels are coming from a global chain. I have often used Dunkin' (or if you prefer, Dunkin' Donuts) as a co-conspirator in bringing a culinary bribe of coffee and donuts to early morning meetings. There is nothing like some coffee and donuts to help inspire a bit more attention and maybe the wisp of a smile upon the tired faces of the various teams that I am meeting with. Whatever you choose to go with, you simply cannot go wrong with anything that you order at Dunkin.' Overall, I will give this location five stars and they definitely have my recommendation.“

“Service is good and my ice coffee always comes out perfect! I just don’t like that they don’t have a drive thru. It’s so convenient though and in a good location. I usually do online orders so my items are always ready when I come in. But when I do pay in cash service is usually fast.“

“The only reason I give 4 stars is because they almost never get the order correct when ordering via a delivery app. It's fine in the drive thru but they can be pretty slow during rush times I get it's to be expected with them being the only other option besides Starbucks in the area.Parking: They share spots with a gas station so there are MAYBE 4-5 non handicap spots out front and another 10ish on the other side of the pumps.“
“This is near my house and my father in law goes daily. It's always been quick. Around Christmas we wanted hot chocolate and didn't realize it was almost close time but they were absolutely happy to make it for us. The staff is always friendly and happy. Donuts taste fresh and the bagels. It's also very clean which is a plus! Never seem to be out of anything I want or need. Recommend this place! :)“
“Well finally I have decided not to go Jacksonville Dunkin at all anymore. Is that happening to me only or with everyone else too. 100 out of 100 times getting my drinks wrong. It’s sad that Dunkin corporation doesn’t care at all. Management and employees want to make money without working hard or paying attention to customers service.“
“I love love love this Dunkin’ Donuts.The ladies here are great at what they do. I never have a complaint on my coffee. It’s always perfect/fresh. The manager here deserves a big kudos because most Dunkin’s here in Jacksonville usually have coffee that taste old/leaves a bad after taste. I stop in most mornings and even with a long line of cars the drive thru moves so quickly. Even when I stop on my lunch break or on my way home in the afternoon the coffee never disappoints. Thank you for each of the employees who work together greatly! The cookie butter cold foam is also great! The loaded hash browns were a little disappointing however.“

I’ve stopped here many times on the way to work to treat my coworkers to the breakfast sandwiches and they love them! And the service is ALWAYS exceptional!!! Always greet people always friendly!!! “Stopped in this morning to get a quick cup of coffee. There were about four cars ahead of me. I was greeted promptly when I pulled up to the drive-thru.I asked a few questions and she was able to answer them. They did have butter pecan flavor which was one of my favorites. I'm so glad to have that back. The line moved very quickly and service was good. My coffee was good although it could have used some more butter pecan flavoring in it I could hardly taste it. But that won't keep me from going back we'll give it another try maybe I'll ask for extra next time.It definitely started my day on the right track.Gotta run on Dunkin..lolI was also pleased with the cleanliness of the area. It makes a difference when you pull up and everything just looks nice outside. Makes you think if they take care of the outside the inside must be taken care of too!!!“

Hard to see the location from the road until the last second. They probably lose out on the flow of traffic because of this.“

I went back to deliver this Wednesday morning and it wasn't the same drink. It's hit or miss at times depending on who makes the drinks but you cannot beat the friendliness of the morning crew.“

“I tried ordering ahead on the app but it kept freezing up. So, I was worried they would be so annoyed as I had to get a lot of doughnuts for a staff holiday breakfast and a few smaller separate orders. Sam, helped my husband & I out and she was great! She didn't act annoyed that I had to order a bunch of doughnuts at all. She smiled and made sure everything was right in our order which I really appreciated!! “This Dunkin location is right down the street so it's very convenient and we stop at least 4 times a week. My son is autistic who loves D&D as does my 3 wolf dogs they love to go for the ride. The staff here at Normandy are a breath of fresh air. They are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating; if they are out of something they suggest something else. I appreciate the smiling faces. “Employees are hard working and pleasant and the food has been good. The building itself is old and needs renovations, fix the Men's room and possibly supply the place with the appropriate foods items that they run out of quickly, ex. English muffins, Caramel and whatever else is needed.“
“Love my local Dunkin' crew!!! Been visiting occasionally since this location opened, but starting a couple months ago I've been coming here all the time to chill out with my laptop and study for college. Food/bakery and coffee are always fresh and delicious, the lobby is open later than every other coffee shop in the area, and everyone here is extremely friendly and accommodating- I always feel like the team goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of whenever I'm hanging out here. Definitely have been lots of improvements in all areas compared to when this location first opened a couple years ago. Plus the built in BR is awesome for taking home a couple pints as a treat for the family if you want something special but y'all aren't feeling donuts. Couldn't recommend enough!!! ?“

I ordered a refresher and they upsold me for a donut which I didn't mind. Glad I gave them another chance, it is obvious they are trying. Good job.“
“This is the best Dunkin in the entire city of Jax and surrounding areas (PVB, Atl Beach, Jax Beach). My guys at the window are AMAZING and now know our order when we pull up (sometimes 2x day, lol). The order is PERFECT every. single. time. Seriously cannot say enough good things about the staff at this location. If you are the owner reading this you should give them all raises.
