I have to update my review. I have been going to this location for over 2 years. And when I order in the drive thru I have to be specific when asking for granulated suger. But when I order through the app they mess up 90% of the time. Now to be clear I have worked for dunkin before and I have pics of my receipt from today. It clearly shows sugar not liquid sugar. This part is aggravating but what really gets me is the attitude I get when I ask for it to be corrected. It's sad...read full review
Karina and Jayda at Dunkin' were both so kind and incredibly sweet today on this 4th of July! Even though Dunkin’ was super busy, Karina was so patient while taking my order, talked me through the drink options, and made my drink with care. Jayda was such a sweetheart at the window and made the whole experience even better. Both of them had such sweet, welcoming, friendly attitudes, and their customer service truly stood out during such a hectic holiday rush!

Dunkin' has received mixed reviews. On a positive note, the service is generally good with friendly and polite staff who make orders exactly as requested. There are wonderful and courteous employees who serve the best flavored coffees with a smile. However, this is a very busy location with extremely slow service and long wait times. The environment is not always clean, with tables that need to be wiped down. Parking is very limited and there is hardly any parking. Seating is limited and there is zero room for a wheelchair.
