Walked in in the morning around 9 am waited there for more than 20 minutes to place an order but no employee was listening and once I advanced and asked an employee for help they were extremely rude saying “you have to give me a minute “ I would not recommend such rude people to be your helper.I am very disappointed in this location.
The product has gone down. Had my favorite donut. Maple frosted. OMG, it was like eating cheap box donuts. It was cold and dry. Sad, because dunkin' has been around a long time. Bad quality. Service us

Both times I've been here now the unsweet ice tea tastes like there are chemicals in it or something. Like they either never clean out the brewer and it's getting raunchy or they clean it with harsh chemicals and don't properly rinse it out. The taste is very obvious and very bad. It makes me worried about what I actually drank in that first sip each time. Will find somewhere else to get ice tea.
