Customer is terrible. They charge for a pup cup? It’s free for with purchases at other places which at the end of the day I’m fine with if they were nice about it. Every employee looks like they hate their lives.
I’ve only been to this location twice and both times they couldn’t get a very simple order right. I only ordered a sugar free vanilla iced coffee with cream, 3 equals and a toasted bagel. I hope the Sunday crew likes their job there because they won’t make it in the real world where details matter. Better luck in the next life.
Went through the drive thru with my wife and had a pretty disappointing experience. The guy who took our order glasses, curly black hair was clearly annoyed we were even there. Short answers, no effort, just made us feel like a hassle. Then he straight up walked off and left us hanging without finishing the order.
