Dunkin' Donuts in Lake City

“I’ve never been inclined to write a Dunkin review until today! This location needs to be studied by corporate because all Dunkin locations’ should prepare their food the way they do it. It’s the first time I’ve ever had their hashbrowns actually be crispy (usually they’re more “steamed”) and if they were prepared like this all the time, they’d be the best hashbrowns out there, hands down! SO good- great flavor and texture. The bagels we ordered were also toasted nicely- whoever made our food definitely cares about what they pass along to the other side of the counter and I greatly appreciated that! It’s a quality that seems to be hard to find anymore and it deserves recognition!“

“Went in for some ice cream and an employee gave me a sample and he clearly seemed new and another coworker corrected him very rudly in front of me and my fiance. That is highly unprofessional of her and she needs to not correct other employees in front of customs and wait until the cistome has been taken care of. I was very embarrassed for the poor man and just wanted to leave because of how rude she was.“
