Not sure if ordering ahead is of any benefit. The folks here are friendly enough, question the management over staffing. Very long wait times here.
Ordered lunch for just myself 20min ahead of time, still had to wait 30 minutes after that time. Almost an hour wait for 1 sandwich??? That makes no sense. Again, no fault for the employees working, they were doing the best they could.

Taylor provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, Taylor was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure my order was perfect. She was patient, professional, and had such a positive attitude that made the whole visit enjoyable.
