Maybe speak to customers when they come in. My husband and I waited a total of about 15 minutes to be seen and never saw anyone besides a cook who stuck his head in the window and told us someone would be with us shortly. Then we waited 15 minutes more and ended up leaving. No one ever came to the counter or anything and the place was empty aside for one party of three that were seated almost immediately after they walked in.
☹️When my wife and I ordered, we specifically told the person taking our order we did not eat Bacon, when our order arrived, it had Bacon on it. We brought it to their attention and they took the burger back to the kitchen and took the Bacon off the burger and brought the SAME burger back. Normally the burger would be remade, but not at this restaurant. Everything is good! I get the steak Philly it’s always tender and really satisfying my daughter gets a wide variety of food and drinks everything has always came out wonderful. We eat lunch here every time we come to Lake City
