“The Yoni steaming experience is top notch! The women that provide the services here are pleasant, professional and experienced! I enjoy everything, from the specialized tea blends, to the Yoni steam, all the way to the Açaí bowls! This is an experience that EVERY woman should enjoy! There are so many benefits to these services and after just two months I notice a tremendous change in my monthly cycle and a healthier gut! Not to mention the prices are very reasonable! This is now a monthly “must do” for me!“

“Came to Protein Lab for a shake and left super happy! The customer service was great, and the shake was amazing. I got the Cafe with a Kick with peanut butter and banana, and absolutely loved it. I’ve also had the protein waffles, and they are delicious and packed with protein. Highly recommend 1000%!“
“Delicious food and very friendly owners. Very clean and comfortable. Good selection of vegan lunch items to choose among. I loved the wrap I had, despite not being vegan myself. A little tricky to find once you enter the (office) building. Walk to the very end of the hallway to the right when you pass the lobby area.“

“Rethink Food and Drink is a great little hidden gem in Oviedo. I had the Vanilla Chai and the Huevos Rancheros, and both were delicious and really fresh. Cody was super cool and walked me through some seasonal coffee options to try on my next visit. Parking and seating are ample, and the whole place has a nice, chill vibe for a healthy bite and a relaxed break.“

“First time coming to a SoBol. It was a nice atmosphere. The owner was very helpful and kind. The Green Smoothy was so good! I also had a small taste of the coconut granola bowl and that was really good with the fruit on top. Definitely recommend going.“
