This chain isn’t anything special but it’s fairly consistent. They have salads, sandwiches, entrees and killer drink specials.

I will not return to Applebees in lake Mary on international parkway, I ordered 10 piece boneless wings on Thursday March 5th when I made it back to work I noticed I only had 7 boneless wings, I called back and voiced my complaint and was transferred to the manager by the name of Henry, I proceeded to tell Henry my issue and his reply was “ma’am all I can do is owe you 5 more wings the next time you come back, well I will not be returning and the appropriate response should’ve been I apologize for the inconvenience and we will issue you a refund along with the correct amount of wings ordered. Due to the convenience of being close to my job this is a place I eat from regularly-needless to say I was very disappointed in the customer service. I think restaurants should take a class on customer service or be required to do so, at the end of the day we’re all human beings and should be treated that way at all times...No stars from me, I wasn’t able to post without a star!!!!

My drink was yummy! Me and the hubby shared the 2 for 25 I had the steak mashed and broccoli.... it was okkkkk.... I asked for it to be a medium but it was over cooked. Nothing some steak sauce cant cover.

Bland, just not what they use to be back in 2009. I use to love the chicken breast, garlic mashed and corn, not no more. I can make it cheaper an better in my own kitchen.

This is the WORST!!!! Applebees EVER!!! Your food is either not done or half your order is missing! I would rather drive all the way to Maitland than to EVER eat from here again!!! The sad part is they are not even busy smdh! And forget about car side to go because u always have to go inside because no one ever comes to your vehicle!

The inside of the restaurant has improved, the menu has gotten worse, the service was mediocre. Bring back the old menu! Veggie patch pizza, chicken teriyaki bowls, chicken fried chicken. People like simple yet tasty food.
Actually one of the more impressive Applebee's I've ever been to. The staff was very accommodating!

Best food I have had from a restaurant I don't recommend but there new menu has some great burgers ,that's all I would eat there before after a rubbery chicken pasta dinner ,stay with a new burger

This is the 3rd time I visited Apple Bees and was not happy with food service. There was a lot of cheese put on our food that was just thrown on there. I didn't send anything back. There were not a lot of people there and the food should have arrived at the table sizzling hot.
