They served me the food as I requested, and the cashier said it was a lot of food and he threw it in the trash in front of me and they served me a new one...as they thought...bad rudeness

Shout out to this Chipotle for giving me a great mobile order bowl! I feel like locations are struggling to be consistent with quality food and customer service lately, but the Wednesday evening crew was on point!I walked in, they made eye contact at the register, smiled, and asked me my name. My order was ready early and just the way I like it.It is fast food, so I reserve 5 stars for outstanding spots, but I’d recommend this location for Chipotle dinner pick-ups.

It's horrible I ordered online and it was charged to the bank and when I got there there was no my order so they didn't give me anything because it wasn't in the system and they didn't do anything ??? total waste of time .. I have email confirmation for everything ?? ?

Every time I order something is wrong with the food, most times they have added something that was not ordered but I have had them miss the chicken on a chicken bowl. You try and complain on the app and you get stuck in AI purgatory.

I’ve had 2 issues here now last time multiple food orders on app forgotten . Mind you it’s been ordering for 3 people so 3 bowls and chips no drinks no extra entrees . And tonight they complexly gave us someone else’s bowl. We paid for extra steak and extra tortillas and got someone named Jackson’s bowl that was put with chicken instead of the steak he even ordered. And only 2 tortillas not the 4 we ordered I’m officially done coming to this location.
I would just like to report awful service. i go there every single day after school and this one worker is there almost every single day. he decides it’s a good idea to make fun of my order and my friends as well. and it’s not just once it is every single time he has something to say about my order. it makes me feel bad about myself and that i shouldn’t eat what i am eating. he laughs at me with no shame every time with his co worker. this has never happened at another chipotle and i’m severely disappointed
