This location is consistent almost every time I go with the occasional 86 steak or guacamole. However, these past few months have been good. We typically visit during dinner and sometimes before closing.
Well what a bust. Chips were stale, tons of salt and they were broken. Our quesadilla came with the wrong sides, they forgot the extra tortilla we paid for. They forgot the guacamole on my burrito bowl - goodbye $2-3. The salsa had mushy tomatoes. The lettuce in my bowl had a big chunk of the romaine core and my daughter's bowl had a huge chunk of uncut onion. My rice was not soft either, almost crunchy in spots. Every time I order something is wrong with the food, most times they have added something that was not ordered but I have had them miss the chicken on a chicken bowl. You try and complain on the app and you get stuck in AI purgatory.
