All Chipotle Restaurant in my experience are small and can feel very crowded when it gets just a little busy. The staff are not rude but I think they are so busy that they often do not have time to have conversations with customers so it appears like they may be unfriendly. Sometimes at night perhaps because they are so tired and ready to go home they just kind of slop on your ingredients in the bowl like they are in a big hurry.
Chipotle is one of our family’s favorite places to grab food when we’re on the go, and after our experience last night, we have even more reason to appreciate this location!
My family stopped in for dinner, and my son accidentally left his tablet behind. We didn’t realize it until later, and thankfully, the General Manager went above and beyond to make sure it was safely returned to us.
